Review 1：Only negative was we were missing one large towel when we arrived. Relatively expensive compared to others we have stayed at in Brasil - and no-one told us there was a pool!

Review 2：Large, clean, comfortable room. Receptionist spoke good English, porter very friendly and helpful.

Review 3：Nice breakfast but salt in scrambled eggs. Almost inedible, Halve theadded salt! Put out salt in a salt shaker so those who are stupid enoughto add it can do so and not force others to eat it. Also put out apepper shaker. Pepper is good for you unlike salt. Also coffee in foyeris presugared. Another very unhealthy practicce being forced on people.Public and occupational health and safety issues. Some of the steps inthe stairs are much higher than others. How dangerous. Thank God I hadmy hand on the rail! Bedroom floor higher than passage. Trip! Too manyvarying floor levels and low opening windows. This hotel not the bestplace for children or old people

Review 4：Location, location, location. Friend took me to a lunch place on nearbycorner. Excellent for under r10. Showed me markets nearby, many manylittle booths including cheap electronics. Lots and lots of clothingstores. Just around corner from double decker bus tour. Everythingwithin walking distance. Hotel easy to spot because of name on top ofbuilding so didnt get lost. Supermarket opposite. Staff very helpfulwith benefit of speaking English. How about a little free map or diagramof the immediate area? I would not have found my way without my friend,but it is easy once you know.

Review 5：Good for a one night stay before going to the airport. 24 hour reception, reception staff is speaking English, taxi stand next to hotel, wifi works okay, breakfast fine (although the breakfast room was very busy).

Review 16：Wifi kept disconnecting as did the cable TV. There is nothing to stop the stairwell doors from slamming shut which start up at about 5:30am. Noisy cleaning staff which also start early.

Review 18：Staffs are not that friendly. We had a tripple room for 3 people, however when we arrived at the hotel we had 4 people (one person was to leave to the airport in 30 mins). The hotel staff asked at least 3-4 times of how many people we had although we confirmed of 3 staying overnight and one was leavning in 30 mins. The hotel staff told us that they will charge $R50 if my friend stayed more than 15 mins at the hotel. Moreover, the room is quite old and smelled a bit.
