Review 1：Coffee... (Breakfast is just fine!)... But coffee was just to bad not to mention! Go for tea in the mornig... Its stronger, and probably darker than the coffee they serve.

Review 2：Great location just about 150 mts away from the main pedestrian street... With snow/ice the interior car park is a good extra. Room was confortable and very clean. Very friendly and helpfull staff, from reception to the restaurants. 2 good restaurants in the hotel, the swiss traditional one is charming and a better experience, but food is good in booth. Would recommed it to a friend!

Review 7：The hotel is in a great central location and it's a really nice, cosy hotel. The staff could not have been better. They were so welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of small touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant food was fantastic too. Overall we had a lovely stay and we'll definitely be returning.

Review 16：Very narrow bed with a bad quality mattress, very thin pillows. Impossible to sleep well. The rooms have extremely low ceilings and were furnished and decorated very long time ago, 80-90s style. Based on the size and quality of rooms this is a 3 star hotel, not more. the service was unfriendly in the breakfast area.

Review 18：After I checked out early morning my friends with 2 small kids came over. Because it was raining hard, we could not go on our hike. The children played vigorously in the lobby and then in the play room for kids. The staff was very accommodating. Thanks!

Review 46：This is a great stop if you are taking the Golden Pass Rail journey. We got VIP seats from Zweisimmen to Montreux and took the train back to Gstaad to stay overnight. Wished we had stayed longer. Gstaaderhof is a very comfortable hotel with good size room (we were in 325 for our prepaid room with breakfast). We really enjoyed our 200 Sfr five star gourmet dinner. A splurge but well worth it. We took a taxi to the hotel only because we couldn't call them to pick us up, but we did arrange for them to take us back to the train station. It's part of their service so call ahead. Breakfast buffet was very nice. We had to leave early so didn't get custom eggs before 8am. As a bonus for being early, we got to see the farmers march the cows past the hotel. Later we got another group of cows on video as they paraded past the train station. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Most speak English.

Review 47：The hotel staff is very helpful. There is a separate room for kids. They also rent a cycle for free. Taking a ride on Gstaad roads is a beautiful experience.

Review 50：Disappointing. For what they're charging this place should be much better. It's old and shabby around the edges. Renovations are really needed. Included in the standard expensive rate is a small room, a small bed (140 cm, is this really for two people?), a small partly updated bathroom and the ugliest rough concrete wall I've ever seen in a bedroom. More appropriate for a 1960s parking garage.

All type of eggs and bacon etc..are offer a la carte extra from the breakfast price - The hotel entrance has a table with ashtray for smokers, is very unpleasant to have to go through a cloud of smoke to get into the hotel !! Also the smell of cigarette is always there even if people are not smoking . I recommend the hotel Managenet to remove that table and put a non smoking sign.
