Review 1：Staff could be more nice(non-consistant, some staff members were a little rude). Bathroom outdated, could also be slightly more clean. Beds a little a small for a double. Balcony doors didn't open(possibly locked but not sure why).

Review 10：Not so good comunication over emails. Trying to arrange night drive, around 3 am, and getting tha answer thst it's not possible. Almost canceled the reservation over that, but when I did come there I saw that thay drive all night.

Review 30：We were given a twin, family room (2 x beds smaller than double) even though we'd booked a deluxe room with double and a single bed for our son. As it was only one night we didn't complain. I had to wait for 2 hours for my meal to be served at the restaurant in the evening. There was only 2 waiters (& I would guess only one chef) attempting to serve 100 people on a busy New Years day evening. Once it eventually arrived I was no longer hungry, but the food was good nonetheless.

Review 34：Location. It took 45 minutes to get to the airport the day we left. I know it was rush hour, but even at 11 pm the night before it was at least 20 minutes from the airport. Didn't help that we had to sit in bumper-to-bumper traffic the following morning. Made for a real nail-biting trip back to catch our flight the next morning. Reserved the 7 a.m. shuttle, didn't leave until about 7:06; then lost another 3 minutes to go back to get someone that got left behind; then bumper-to-bumper nearly the entire way. Got there at 7:45 for our 8:55 flight.

Cause one of bus stations is kinda far from the hotel, you have to walk along to another side of the road. And little people around, kinda dangerous for foreigners to take a bus there. and i think there is no subway around.

Review 114：I request in my booking to put me in the room facing the pool but when we arrived, the hotel staff gave us a ground floor room not facing the pool as we requested. We talked to the reception to transfer us to another room facing the pool. When we arrived, the water in the shower and sink were black and there was no hot shower. The room smells. The carpet looks dirty. There was only one bathroom tissue and no other tissue in room. The over all quality of the room was very poor. The closet was very poor quality. The safe was broken. The room needed to be upgraded. Most of the staffs of the hotel were nice and helpful but can't speak English. I made a complaint about the telephone noise. They sent someone from the housekeeping immediately. She was a nice woman, she checked the phone and smiled to me and said "good good" and the problem was still the same. In our second day, I told the housekeeping to clean our room while we went out for shopping. When we returned, the room was fixed, new towels but didn't put new shampoo, etc and didn't even vacuum the carpet.

There is also no posted signs etc. Will never stay there againand will not recommend them.
