Review 1：None of the staff can speak even basic english, so even asking for a taxi requires the use of a translation app and takes about 10 minutes. The rooms are very basic, and although clean, the furniture is old and stained. It is rated 3 stars, it probably deserves one. I was very disappointed and wouldn't stay here again.

Review 3：Decent basic hotel. We used it as a stop over whilst making our way from Brazil to Bolivia. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice. Nothing special about this hotel.

Review 4：Concord was very convenient for us as we were picked up at the hotel by Green Toad the Pantanal tour company. But what impressed the most was the breakfast, great choice and plenty of it.

Breakfast plentiful and tasty, WI-FI signal in rooms excellent, room clean and sufficiently equipped. Can't comment much on location, it's central but we didn't even go out as we came to Campo Grande late and left early.

Review 19：We had an extra day in Compo Grande - nice town but not a tourist town. The tourist bus no longer runs.
