Review 1：This was a poor experience from the start, wrong room twice, charged wrongly, air con ineffective, cigarette burns on bed covers, tired and dated rooms, poor wifi in room.

Review 3：The price is too low, they should charge at least three times more. Even for the entertainment value each guest will receive.

Review 4：A delightful lakeside hotel! Right from the moment those four stars shine bright above the entrance, you can be sure you are entering a quality establishment! The receptionist should be nominated for the best customer service award in the whole world. Her polite and professional manner was simply amazing. She did not slap keys down on the counter, nor tut and hiss, nor roll her eyes, nor moan when having to issue an invoice. She was ever so friendly the whole time, a prime example of how hotel staff should conduct themselves. The room in the hotel was remarkably clean, the toilet smelled so fresh and the shower head was like an ultra modern work of fine engineering, just perfect! The fan was speckles too, almost like it was medically sterilised, a lot of attention is clearly paid to cleanliness in this grand hotel. The mini bar was stocked to the brim and didn't make any noise when it was on. The air conditioner worked like it was brand new! The best of the best, a highly recommended hotel!

Review 19：- I hate the lights in the hallway that are on a sensor because most of the time they don't like up and I walked through a dark hallway (at night) and then fumbled around trying to unlock the doorl. Big big inconvenience to guests. I depise those damnt things. - AC did not cool room; pathetic - VERY poor service at restaurant. Waited for 15 minutes just to have someone bring me over a menu then the guy got lost and never came back until I got up and started walking out.
