Review 1：Lack of restaurants for evening meal. Most seemed to close in the afternoon.

Review 2：Fast check-in, good selection at breakfast (we found the earlier the better), easy access to the Wellness, Aquacenter etc...

Review 3：Martina at the reception was very unfriendly, and was talking to her colleguae trainee,under our check in, clearly making fun of us. A vey good hotel as Babylon, don`t deserve a employee as Martina.

Review 5：1. No in room amenities, as for 4 star hotel is unacceptable! 2. Very bad sign directions. It was really difficult to find right way from room to the aqua park or restaurant. 3. Poor breakfast, small ingredients choice. 4. Paid cable internet. They say it is fast and offer only 1 Mb/s. That's not fast, for sure. 5. Cold in the bathroom. Heater didn't work, was cold all the time. 6. Shower cabin remember old times. It is not I have expected at four star hotel.

Review 7：The restaurants at the hotel don't have English menu and the ability to communicate relies on your pantomime abilities. .. not a lot of options as for lunch at the hotel and the proximity to the city center helps. Give yourself more days and wake the kids early in order to enjoy the facilities.

Review 17：The rooms and facilities are a bit shabby and outdated. For a place thatcaters to families and children, there is too much cigarette smoke andnot enough ventilation. Eating establishments are frequently closed andthere is very little choice or variety.

The room is 130eur and the hotel is very old and the rooms are like in the prehistory. Internet i s the the worst I've ever seen,you cant open gmail account. This is the greatest disaster from hotels in which I ever was!

Review 24：The hotel is really unique. Almost thousands rooms, many lifts andcorridors leading in directions you did not expect, that may confuse.And many decorators that obviously did not contact. The style is verystrange. Nothing matches, too much artificial gold, too many brokenautomates. If you are adult you probably hate it, if you are child yousurely love it.

Review 25：Plenty of activities for children. Lunapark, science iq park andaquapark are kind of paradise for children. There are really hundreds ofgames, my children were really in heaven.

Review 26：I booked non smoking room but in the end we found out it was smoking. On the booking site we could choose the bed, I ordered one extra lange double and we got twin room, in recepiton sait its just for welness room and didnt get us the new room with double bed just put two together. For 4*hotel just two towels in room considering that the aquapark is in price
