Review 1：Icy parking lot, no salt or sand. Could be dangerous for people with brittle bones. There were no mats or rugs or anything to clear snow off shoes. Their beautiful new hardwood floors will get damaged quickly as guests track snow inside. I kept a roll of paper towels by the door.

Review 2：Quiet location, couldn't really hear any street noise, quiet heater, hardwood floor, clean, good selection at breakfast including yogurt and fresh fruit, free parking, huge room, sink inside bathroom and second sink in the room, fridge and microwave, grocery nearby, Tim Hortons nearby . Wi-Fi worked well. I would stay here again if price was good again.

Review 3：Shower didn't quite work. If to turn on shower there is no hot water. We were there for a single night so i told about shower problem when check out so they could check it before next guests but i got answer that they don't know what is it and why it doesn't work. I got feeling that they will not fix that. We were in December and room was very warm and not clear how to adjust the temperature. Room for breakfast is too small.

Review 4：Location is not bad. There are a lot of motels and hotels on this street. Free parking, free breakfast. Room is not bad, warm and i guess renovated. Microwave and fridge in room. Free Wi-Fi. We arrived 1 hour before check-in time and got our room ready.

Review 5：The room was average, the bathroom ambiance could have been more modern cheap shampoo soap etc.(tile finish was amateurish), no fan. AC surface was dirty. Overall we just did not feel comfortable.

Review 8：Room with comfortable bed is very large and neat. Children's area outdoor is my daughter's favorite. Swimming pool is perfect. (But unfortunetaly, I lost my swimming glasses there.)

Review 9：You get what you expect when choosing to stay at a motel, but this did not feel worth the price of what a regular hotel room would normally cost. While the location was only a short drive to the falls (a plus) parking was expensive at the falls so a place close enough to walk would be more convenient. The room itself was clean, but run down. There were many holes in the curtains and there were big scratches in the paint on the walls. Wi-Fi was spotty and would cut in and out (but was free). Shower temperature was scorching. Overall the room did not provide a space of comfort, but a basic place to sleep at night, which is fine, but not preferred when paying $150 a night. It seems that the tourist area is overall expensive, but it would be worth looking into other options and unfortunately we would not choose to stay there again.

Review 10：Despite the overall shabbiness of the room, it was clean. The staff were friendly enough and the location seemed safe.

Review 21：The only bad experience was the partying of the guest in the neighboringMotel. The whole night through until in the morning. We had very littlesleep that night. But again, it was not the hotels fault. They calledover and complaint, but nothing was done.

Review 45：Room was pretty plain and could use some updating, plenty of wear and tear in all areas. Wifi was really poor, we couldn’t load pages and when they did it was like using dial up from the 90’s.

Review 57：Our room flooded ,she tried to blame us. They offered another room itwas full of bugs. After 3 nights we had to ask to change sheets. Allowedyoung adults to play football after 11:00 in the parking lot even afterI was outside and saw the football hit my car twice. No hot water nocold water. This woman was from East India and all she could do is blameblame blame, she had no people skills at all and was rude and veryignorant. Mnever stay again
