Review 5：The staff was very nice, polite and additionally helpful in every kind of possible way. They provided great info about the city and were available all around the clock. The all-time buffet with cake and free beverage, such as coffee and tea, was wonderful.

Review 10：Few days before arrival to the hotel I got an offer to upgrade our standard room to higher level room for special price. We refused and when we arrived we got the higher level room anyway for free - due to the hotel system reservation changes. We do not like the approach of the hotel to try to charge us the higher level room if they knew they will accommodate us there anyway. We had ordered a bottle of nonalcoholic sparkling wine to the room at the day of arrival it was forgotten.

Review 11：If you order breakfast, you have coffee/tea/chocolate from coffee machine for free the whole day. Despite the 2 minuses, we enjoyed the stay in hotel and can recommend it.

Review 35：It is a high class boutique hotel. Very clean, pretty. Every thing is new and shiny. Breakfast is good and various. Hot drinks (espresso, cappuccino) are free all day. Jacuzzi at the deluxe room is great after a long trip and they give ropes. Excellent restaurant near hotel.

A small self-service bar with a selection of beer and wine + some basic beverages and appetites at the reception, all for reasonable prices. A selection of table games, DVDs, possibility to rent tablet and some other devices. Rich selection of food for breakfast.

Drinks and snacks available at the reception area at very reasonable prices, nice breakfast, and if you book breakfast, during your stay hot drinks are free. Very friendly staff.
