Reviews for Slaviero Fast Sleep Repouso e Banho Guarulhos

Review 1:Rooms are really small and minimal. All the basics are there but don't expect anything more than that.

Review 2:Location is superb if you have to fly at awkward times.

Review 3:Very pricy

Review 4:My review on airport hotel : I shall give it 4 stars. The room that i was in was Very small with bunk bed but cozy.Toilet was awsome, super clean and spacious! Everything was provided from shampoo to hair dryer to towels etc.. only the thing is that the guest have to share toilets (these toilets are way better than those shared toilets offered in hostels). Besides that all were good and it was easy to find as it is inside the airport and the receptionist was very polite and friendly. Wifi was very good and fast!

Review 5:First of all, this is crazy expensive for what is essentially a hostel. You get bunk beds and even though you have your own room, the walls and doors are so thin that you cannot sleep all night. Because it's at the airport, people are checking in and out around the clock. I also give bad marks for location, although it's inside the terminal building at GRU airport because there were no signs anywhere. I walked around an hour trying to find it. Of course I asked people, but everyone pretended to know for certain and sent me off in a completely different direction.

Review 6:There were always enough bathrooms available.

Review 7:You can listen the noise/voice of people out or next the room cause the material of the walls.

Review 8:The hotel is inside the airport so is nice if people want to rest there till their next flight comes

Review 9:It was quite expensive for a simple airport layover and for what it offers. The rooms are really small and the noises echoes through the walls. I could hear people whispering around my room...

Review 10:The hotel is very clean, even the shared bathrooms. It is comfortable enough for a nice rest in between flights.

Review 11:it's extremelly noisy. The concept is great but the execution is poor. You can't have an average night of sleep there. Sound doors slamming all night long and a lot of noise from the staff and guests. Don't think you will kill your time surfing on the web, the connection is poor.

Review 12:The location is very convenient and it is a good option if you would like to take a shower and use a clean bathroom between flights/ trips.

Review 13:The premises were almost impossible to find which caused me a lot of distress! The address did not include the terminal number....... Airport staff did not know of the facility and I was wrongly directed between terminals several times before I found it. As a 61 yr old solo, female, and travel weary, this was hugely stressful!!

Review 14:A welcome place to rest during 12 hour stopover after a 10 hr flight overnight without sleep. Cheaper than hotel.

Review 15:There is no window.

Review 16:The location is perfect as the hotel is located right in the airport. Ideal for people who have a connection in a few hours and need to rest.

Review 17:Rooms are cramp with little space for luggage. Noise from neighbor and corridor could affect sleep. No hot water showers when I was there. No windows in the room.

Review 18:Good for catching short rest and a shower in between flights. Toilets/shower rooms were clean, with housekeeping after each user. Wifi was working.

Review 19:Something was wrong with the ventilation system and there was an annoying noise during the night.

Review 20:Very good location and easy access. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

Review 21:No toothbrushes or toothpaste, since you call yourself a hotel it should be available especially when it is obvious people come there just to sleep. No control over a/c and a bit cold in the room.

Review 22:Location was great and the place was clean.

Review 23:Room temperature was too cold. And there is no control in the room. The room is also very tiny

Review 24:It's in the airport. But please put on clear sign. I had problen searching for it. Had to ask many people before I could find it

Review 25:We were expecting two double bunk beds. WE only stayed a few hours between flights. The staff was helpful as we needed to store our luggage , shower and 2 of our group had a very brief (2hr) rest.

Review 26:I found it very difficult to communicate with the guys at reception. There seems to be a problem with doing an online booking and then submitting additional requests. None of my 2 requests seem to have been received. When I arrived at night I again specified that I want to pay cash. After being assured that I can do so the next morning, I went to pay the following day. On arrival I found out that my credit card was already charged, with no explanation. Again, very difficult to communicate. Why give the option of being able to submit requests like a late departure if nothing ever happens with that request?

Review 27:The location at the airport and the cleanliness

Review 28:the receptionist made me wait to get my room more than expected because too busy talking to his girlfriend on the phone.

Review 29:Located inside the airport, clean

Review 30:Bed wasn't very comfortable, bathrooms not clean, a long walk from the international terminal.

Review 31:Reception was very good, bed linen was clean, good wifi

Review 32:No more place to walk when I put my luggage next to my bed.

Review 33:Very good place to stay in airport. From the price and stand place. It is very good choice, if you just want to sleep over there.

Review 34:- Air conditioning even in winter. It was so cold we had to tap the ventilation. No way to regulate the room temperature. - TV signal was so bad and only 4 local tv channels.

Review 35:- Best place to stay to overnight for connections.

Review 36:The rooms are indeed VERY small, about 2m x 2m, maybe less. The ceiling is also low, which contributes to the feeling of confinement. My wife could barely sit up on the upper bunk bed, her head would touch the ceiling. Don't go if you're uncomfortable with small spaces. Also, the room was a bit noisy, because the cleaning ladies kept talking to each other on the halls.

Review 37:The location, obviously, and also the cleanliness, which was perfect. We're not used to shared bathrooms, but they were so systematically and well cleaned that we didn't mind.

Review 38:Terrivel deixar passageiros cansados esperando. Sendo que o fast sleep deveria atende los conforme a necessidade de descanso entre voos. Ou nao fazer a reserva. outro problema. Tentei telefonar por 3 dias para falar com alguém sobre reserva e ninguem atendeu telefone nos números discados. Horarios diferentes. Infelizmente desta vez fiquei bem insatisfeita.

Review 39:I had difficulty finding the location of the Slaviero in the GRU airport. There are no posted signs to help one get there. It took a lot of asking, and wasted time walking around. They should get permission from the airport to post signs. Found the male named Igor at reception was too busy taking on his phone when I arrived to give me a proper warm welcome. It was a personal call and his language was crude. Not professional at all. Walls are paper thin, so no privacy.

Review 40:I liked the fact that I could sleep in the airport without having to leave it, as I would have needed a visa to leave the airport.

Review 41:People trying to get into your room at night! 3 times!!! 2 people actually entered our room in the middle of the night, (lock your door) I assumed the key card would be sufficient on keeping people out but nope!

Review 42:Right at the airport.

Review 43:I had no bad experience. But you need to know the rooms are tiny and most without bathroom. But the shared bathrooms are super clean.

Review 44:This hotel is the only one located in the São Paulo airport terminal-so perfect if you want to reduce transit hassles. It is very clean, very safe, and the staff are very friendly.

Review 45:it was difficult to find within the terminal with little signage. I found the room cold and not very sound proof. Not enough warm bedding as the AC was always on

Review 46:that it was in the airport- when desperate for sleep this is ideal

Review 47:The only problem is the huge line for check in at the reception. We spent more than one hour waiting to check in because there was only one receptionist working like a crase to try to acomodate all the guests, both for check in and for check out.

Review 48:The hotel is well located, the staff is very kind, the facilities are clean

Review 49:Its a bare-bones minimalist sleeping machine for long or overnight connections. Rooms are cubicles where even your luggage won't fit.

Review 50:Its inside the airport. Clean bathrooms with showers.

Review 51:Price is quite high for a 4 squared meter room with no private bathroom. Bathrooms are however cleaned after each use. No breakfast included.

Review 52:it is located inside the Guaruhlos airport terminal so it is convenient just for a night stop over especially having a early flight in the morning.

Review 53:needs more signs, was hard to find. I think little pricey. 12 hours price is almost same price for 24 hour in a center location.

Review 54:free wifi, clean showers, bathroom. cleaned after each use. rooms are small but ideal for the purpose.

Review 55:They had no wifi up and running and i needed internet. Had to buy some from the airport. Maybe a discount as it was a inconvenience. Also i arrived later in the day and didnt check in till midnight. But because my booking stated i would check in at 12 noon that is when they checked me in. Therefore i had to check out 12 noon the next day. My flight wasnt till 11:30 in the evening so i had to walk the airport for 11 hrs. It would have been nice if they checked me in at the time i did. I was the only person staying there at the time so it wasnt like i was over staying my welcome. A little Disappointing. .

Review 56:Convenience. The staff were polite.

Review 57:the rooms are so small you can't open a suitcase, claustrophobic expensive

Review 58:the localization is excellent for between flights the bathrooms are large and very clean.

Review 59:Hard to find. No signage or helpful directions. Asked many different airport workers and most had no idea where located and even less idea on how to get there from terminal 3. Bunk beds were terrible and uncomfortable and difficult to negotiate the top bunk. Bedding was uncomfortable and itchy. Staff at check-in had limited English and could have been more friendly and helpful.

Review 60:Opportunity to have a shower and lay out flat for a few hours.

Review 61:Sent to occupied room but staff very apologetic. Smaller than expected so not for the claustrophobic. Hard to locate until you are right there.

Review 62:Cleanliness of facilities the cleaners were very helpful with bathroom facilities. Good wifi and helpful touches like autowakeup and tv

Review 63:It is a VERY SMALL room. But the worst was the noise. Not only from teh other guests coming in and out all night, but, the noise from the lugagge track all night long on top of my room. I didn't sleep at all, even with earplugs. It was too loud. Never more. I'd rather get a cab and go to some near by hotel.

Review 64:You don't need to leave the airport.

Review 65:Very very very small room like a kennel.. Very narrow bed.. No air in the room.. No Wc and shower in the room.. No lounge or a waiting area..

Review 66:Inside the airport. If you want to have only a bed you can go.. But you shouldn't pay attention to the size of the bed & room or outside Wc & shower..

Review 67:The room is tiny. Sound travels easily through thin walls and door. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Maybe a tad overpriced. Har to find and no signs showing the direction. Ask someone. It's at the zero-floor in terminal 2 if memory serves me right.

Review 68:Location within airport is genious. Bathrooms with shower, though shared and outside the room, were clean and spacious. There's a spa nextdoor

Review 69:Had a room in the center hallway which everyone has to go through to get to anywhere else so there was noise all night long. Possibly one of the other hallways might have been better.

Review 70:Really easy to find and check-in was simple

Review 71:Rooms are extremely noisy. And because this is an airport-terminal-hotel people walk around from 4am till 2am! Impossible to sleep unless you use earplugs or sleeping pills. Never again!

Review 72:Far too noisy (mostly other guests); you might as well pay a little more for a real room elsewhere.

Review 73:Location within the airport although not signposted at all; the only way to find it is to ask at the information desks.

Review 74:Very small room No private bathroom Expensive when you consider that you pay around 100 Dollars per night for a room which just can contain your bed and luggage Staff was very poor in English (this is a general problem in Brasil though)

Review 75:Only location of the hotel and wi-fi

Review 76:We had an 11-hour layover, so booked our stay for one day and noted on the drop-down menu during booking that we'd arrive between 8 and 9am. The hotel is advertised as a short-stay hotel and is literally inside the airport, so all this seemed normal. When we got there, we were told that our room wouldn't be available until noon. We sat in the concourse eating area, totally exhausted, and my husband had his laptop bag stolen. We returned at noon, to be told that our room wouldn't be ready until 12:30. We waited until 12:30, then they began a long check-in process at that point. We didn't get in to our room until 5 hours after we booked it. If you need to stay between noon one day and noon the next day, this is a good deal. If your stay spans a noon, skip the hassle.

Review 77:There are two outlets for charging electronics and a shop just outside that sells convertors if you don't have one.

Review 78:A little on the expensive side for what you got (a cubicle with shared bathroom facilities) however, when you are exhausted from your flight and need some rest, this place cannot be beat in terms of convenience and ease.

Review 79:Super convenient for a quick overnight, wonderful, quiet cubicle for a little rest away from from the madness of the airport crowd.

Review 80:The limited space in the room. The room was rather small and made movement challenging. Luckily I was traveling on my own. It is also way over priced!

Review 81:I liked the cleanliness and efficiency of the staff at the hotel

Review 82:Overpriced in common with most Brazilian hotels.Have used similar type of hotel in Paris and they are half the price. Pretty noisy hearing fellow overnighters chattering away and the air exchange fan. Pretty cramped

Review 83:Slaviero is located actually inside Terminal 2 (which should go on the promo) so that by overnighting you avoid facing S Paulo traffic, road repairs and poor signage to get there on time for a morning flight.Makes for an anxiety free sleep with only a 10 min walk to the airline check in.Otherwise it could take anything from 1-3 hrs to get to the airport by personal car. Shared toilet/showers are cleaned and restored with towels and soap after every use.

Review 84:Sign posting within the airport terminals to the hotel was poor. I had ask directions at two Information desks.

Review 85:Great option if you have an overnight transit in Sao Paolo. Can't beat the location.

Review 86:- Poor value for money. - Common bathroom and toilet. - TV reception is not good, image not clear. - I was woken up twice in the middle of night; once by the people talking so loud in the corridor, and once by alarm clock going off in another room.

Review 87:Location is good; inside the airport.

Review 88:We could have used a double bed as we travelled with a baby. Nothing to worry about in the end.

Review 89:Location is just what's needed.

Review 90:very narrow room and little space

Review 91:localization, cleanliness

Review 92:The room was very small.

Review 93:The location is perfect for a quick stop. It was very clean. The staff was Ok.

Review 94:Very noisy. Cleanup staff turning over the rooms were very noisy. Room was very cramped.

Review 95:Great location at São Paulo Airport within Terminal 2.

Review 96:The price

Review 97:The location of the hotel

Review 98:Slow check in

Review 99:Clean, simple, convenient

Review 100:The money showed online is USD 62, but in the front desk, they said should be paid for USD 82, I don't like dishonesty!!!

Review 101:Noisy, very

Review 102:nothing

Review 103:location

Review 104:Do not expect anything more than bunkbeds in a very noisy environment

Review 105:This is perfect for a stop over at the airport. Beds and bathrooms are clean

Review 106:Batulhento, apertado, sem informacoes precisas pre checkin

Review 107:No free breakfast, Ha, Ha!

Review 110:Location

Review 111:De estar dentro do Aeroporto.

Review 112:Perfect tiny room to get some sleep in between flights. Nice clean bathroom with a good shower.

Review 113:I hated it. No wake up , although phone was set. Too expensive.

Review 114:Very small rooms. But this is value for money

Review 115:Convenient and secure location in the Airport. Great for a brief stay

Review 116:can hear outside of my room clearly

Review 117:Super nice staff Clean & easy

Review 118:Aeroport is under reform so the noise is horrible, even early am so it Was dificult to get sleep

Review 119:Good between flight with lots of hours at GRÚ

Review 120:air conditioning too noisy, room could be a little bit bigger (considering the price)

Review 121:easy access

Review 122:Too much Noise and cigarete smoke through the central air conditioning.

Review 123:Staff, free Wifi, good to be at the airport,

Review 124:It is inside the GRU Airport

Review 127:The bathroom was not cleaned ....and this is not the first time

Review 128:Inside airport, no travelling arrangements.

Review 129:The internet has worked when we arrived at night. But at the time we left the hotel, the Internet didn't work at all!!!

Review 130:Tamanho do quarto.

Review 131:Limpeza dos banheiros.
