Review 1：For 200$ a night, the room was very below average standard for any hotel. Room was dusty and paint work needed a bit of work, very old fashioned, bathroom was not very clean. They even have the cheek to write a note on the aircon unit, that you are not allowed to change the temperature or you will be automatically fined 200$.... which is a joke in this day and age! The food was unfortunately not very good, the staff were not very attentive, and Seating on the balcony was worn and stained. Real shame that they have not invested money to update anything for the last 10 years.

Review 3：Filthy room. The bed was rattan and had dust stuck inside. The floor was dirty we had to wear shoes. The wifi is pointless. Staff were okay. The receptionist told us how much we should pay for a cab and ended up paying double. Also paid a lot more for the booking than quoted.

Review 5：The only downside is the wifi service - although free, the connection kept tripping making calls and connection poor. There is no room service, the restaurant does not stay open late at night and as a result, the bar which is located inside of the restaurant is also closed at that time. My expectation for breakfast was dimmed when I saw cheese and crackers, cereal, yoghurt and slices of toast. No eggs and bacon or ham?

Review 6：The hotel is a ten minute drive from the airport and located right on a marina. The waterfront is beautiful. The staff very friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would visit again.

Review 9：Truly friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous view. Clean grounds and rooms. Free WIFI. Free continental breakfast - bread, meat, cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, muffins, cereal, coffee.

Review 10：Cleaner was very poor. Didn't replace our towels at times. Didn't clean floors properly. Staff at breakfast were really rude. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Felt like we were disliked and treated differently due to being a young couple.

Review 11：Sea view. Balcony. Bed very comfy. Kayaks were fun. Tanya and Arlene was were nice to us. Owner picked us up from town which was much appreciated.

Review 17：It was right on the ocean. Beautiful beautiful. Complimentary use of their kayaks and other features. Was a ble to rent and have a car brought to me right at the hote. Ms. Pam, she was super nice. Overall a fantastic place!
