Review 1：Have to pay for the pool what's cost way to much and selling only passes for 2 days .we came only for 2 day's and the pool is closed on Wednesday's Parking cost 15$ p night, Old bathrooms en rooms .needs updating.

Review 2：I had to put a deposit on the room. The first time I stayed I never had to. It took 20 minutes to get my room that I booked online. The girl gave me a hard time about my credit card. When I tried to checkout I had to wait 10 - 15 minutes so they could do a room check. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. I use to like this hotel. This recent stay I was not treated good. I will more than likely not be back in the future.

Review 3：I will never stay there again. Everything except the staff was so poor quality. Bathroom floor was unbelievably cold. The party going on nonstop just outside our door. The fire alarm going off by the uncontrollable children was just horrible. I thought is was a complete waste of money. Next time I will spend a little extra to stay at another hotel. The skyline inn is not worth it at all.

Review 5：Could not get free wifi to work. The rest of this review has to do with waterpark issues so really is not Skyline's fault. Expectedly a busy weekend after new years before school starts up. That being said with the crowd only half of the water park was up and running Saturday afternoon, wave pool and four slides closed; no explanation - we came for the waterpark and ended up out on Clifton Hill - had a great time but when you book a waterpark hotel it is in the hopes that you can enjoy the waterpark - 1st time at this one after being an annual 3 timer of G.W.L.

We were hoping to spend our time in the hot tub while kids were playing in the water park but the hot tub was closed! Did t make our trip much fun! We will be going to great wolf Lodge next time for the price we paid!

I also found that there was a lot of unsupervised children, which I am actually ok with as my children used the facilities alone however I found that many of these kids lacked respect. Review 21：To many stairs and only 1 elevator. Parking rate was terrible. Parking location was disgusting. Resort fee charged pee night not offered as a option. they say was advertised on bookings.com but I havnt found it yet. Perhaps you could tell me where to find it.

Review 23：Liked the bunk beds. Really liked the courtyards, we had 4 rooms with all our family and the courtyard was our meeting room. I took food with us for our lunches and we ate in the courtyard. First time we have had this space to meet. Access to the water park was easy.

Review 24：We visit here 2-3 times a year Bday Easter and Summer time as always the rooms are spacious clean and beds very comfy! So close to the falls and Attractions all in walking distance. The water park is amazing water a little cold this time but still had a blast

Review 25：there is only one main elevator with no access from Perking's or the parking lot. I am awaiting knee replacement surgery and as a result had to do more painful walking then I really wanted to. You should have an access door from the parking garage to the main lobby (registration) as it was I had to walk around to the front.

(Perkins) had nauseating smell of pure sugar tinged with barbecue sauce pervading the whole area. Pricey also. No bar, tiny lounge, no communal facilities really.

Review 34：Well, it was on a WEGO bus route-Blue Line. So far, so good. The staff seemed pleasant and co-operative. The facilities were good- big room, 4 free bottles of water daily, free WEGO bus cards for 48 hours, discounts at various stores. Adjoining water park! Actually pretty good stuff.

Review 39：My family and some family friends just went recently this summer and we have gone in the spring. May I just say that staff went downhill. the staff at the front desk was extremely disrespectful and unfair as they made me pay more than the price on the website and made me pay for a parking pass. When my daughter asked for sugar they treated her with zero respect and threw the sugar packets at her. When she asked for more sugar in order to make tea, they simply said no. I am honestly very disappointed in this change.

Review 40：Check in space for cars,family and luggage difficult, even dangerous. Was surprised at poor logistics. Some people's stay spoiled before started. Finding extra charges on arrival annoying, parking (who ever goes to a tourist destination without a car??), and then have to park 400 metres away in a casino parking garage where 50% do not park strait. TV, no signal, often, unable to watch any sports or news channels, no program watched without interruption.

Also, all of the hidden fees, hotel taxes, resort fees and a few others that I couldn't make heads or tails of. Also there was a step in the bathroom that one could easily fall from if you weren't paying attention, as it was the same color as the rug.

Review 75：I loved this hotel! The location is Excellent, as soon as you cross the border (driving) Bam, there it is. Although its right in the middle of everything and within walking to the Clinton Hills attractions, its a bit off to the side, where you get some quiet. I loved the atrium, free movies for the children in the atrium and the overall vibe of the hotel was great! The connecting bridge to the waterpark was great and the casino right across the street was also nice. I would absolutely stay here again. The hotel felt safe and the beds were very comfortable, also the bathroom was clean and that's always a deal breaker for me!

Review 76：Adjoining restaurant-Perkins-good service but very expensive. The "free WiFi" was not really free but included in the $5 + resort fee that is non optional but not really that bad for what you get.

Cheap parking-$13 even unitl 11 pm the day we checked out! No children with us but I am looking forward to bringing grandchildren when they are old enough. We were 5 minutes away from the water park, we just got out our room, walk down the hallway and take the skyline connected to the water park. When we checked out, the front desk gave us a pass card to go the skyline so we can still use the water park.

Review 84：Our room was extremely cold and I don't think the thermostat worked because we turned the heat up but it never got warm. There were a lot of hidden fees and we were charged something completely different from the price we were given on booking.com. The WiFi is extremely slow. And the parking fee is ridiculous...it's already ridiculous that we're paying to park at a hotel that we are staying at but on top of that they charge you the parking fee for the amount of days you're staying regardless of if you're going back and fourth out of the garage or not. We left our car in the garage the whole weekend and walked because everything was so close and was still charged for 2 days of parking! We were not aware that we were going to be charged even if we didn't move because if that was the case we would not of been walking! I spoke with the staff about it and they did refund us for one day of parking but it is crazy! No microwave in room!

Review 85：The staff was nice and the hotel was very clean. Our room looked exactly like the pictures on the website. We were extremely close to all of the major attractions that we wanted to visit. And there was very helpful brochures and coupon books in the lobby area!

Review 107：There was absolutely NO air circulation in our room and as a result we had to keep our door open at all times while in our room. Due to the poor air circulation, the room was damp and had a musty odour; so damp that our bathing suits did not dry overnight when hanging them in the bathroom after being in the waterpark the day before. We only had a window which overlooked the inside of the hotel's courtyard, which could not be opened. If I had have known we did not have a proper outside window I would not have booked this room. It should have been clearly indicated there was no outside window. We also requested more coffee and maintenance to come to our room due to a plumbing issue and had to call switchboard twice for both issues before anyone arrived.

Review 109：Courtyards are very very noisy. People just let their children run wild all hours of the night and early in the mornings. Sucks if you had a long night and cranky kids who want to sleep but can't due to noise. Movie nights were nice, but would be better if the movies weren't 10 years old.
