Review 1：On the day of booking I left a note to place an additional bed for our child. As it was mentioned on the website, this room had enough place to place a bed. Though on the last day (!) before our arrival I got a message that there's not enough place to place a bed. What a shame.

Review 2：The room was clean, the staff was mostly friendly (though not really eager to help). The place is ok if you use a car.

Review 3：If you're looking to stay in Liberec's "downtown" area, this place is a bit of a walk.

Review 4：This place is a great value! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in was on the top floor with a great view of the mountain and Liberec's Jested - very gorgeous! Our space was huge with plenty of room for two people. There was a table in the middle which also included coffee, tea and an electronic water heater.

Review 5：Sound isolation was terrible (we heard a couple making love), location not the best but worth the price.

Review 7：The hotel was advertised as with a pool and spa, but as it turned out the facilities were independent from the hotel and the cost of use expected our expectations. Our room was located on the ground floor right at the entrance to the hotel so we could't open the windows fully. We also had to put up with people outside having a drink and talking loud till late.

Review 8：We really loved the breakfast, it was amazing! Also the serving staff and cleaners we in particularly nice and helpful advising us of an open air swimming pool just 250 meters from the hotel. Loved it!

Review 9：Liberec south of the railway station is pretty ugly, so it's not a great place for strolls.

Review 10：Great staff. New and clean hotel. It's not even ten minutes on the tram and you're in Horni Hanychov.

Review 11：I made a reservation for a triple room but when I arrived they gave me a double room and no explanation or reason. Only after refusal of the room and a contact with Booking service they were willing to put an extra bed in the room. Also the most of the staff were not prepared to solve the problem and answer to my request to comply with the reservation the hotel had accepted.

Review 13：The room did not get clean everyday. Staff could be friendlier. It was a very small room (just good enough to sleep).

Review 14：Overall it was not a bad stay. The locations is nice, very quiet and close enough to drive to the center. The comunal kitchen is a bonus to prepare very simple meals and keep stuff in the refrigerator.

Review 15：the room, or rather attic, was much smaller than the pictures suggest. The swimming pool was not a hotel extra, but part of the wellness business: cost 47 per 2 hours.

Review 17：The hotel is far from the centre (you have to go by tram or it's about 35 min by foot). There is no shops or cafes nearby (only in the centre).

Review 18：If you travel by car then no problem to find and to get to the hotel. The room is quite and clean;there is a kettle and cups with teabags and coffee in the room - very convenient! (But there is no refrigerator) The personal is friendly. Nice hotel to stay one night (transit travelling) because there is not too much interesting to see in the city.

Review 19：We had to pay 40 euros to rent the sauna/ swimmingpool area, we thought that was part of the facilities. Also the breakfast was quite expensive. We made a dicision not to use these things.

Review 26：The hotel is close to a skiing resort and is located in the outskirts of Liberec. Close to the hotel is pizzeria Fary, that we recommend for its low salt-nice price-wonderful tasty pizzas. The breakfast is one of the biggest one can enjoy in Europe. Super price-quality ratio!!

Review 27：- Sauna and spa are avaible for free between 1:30 and 6:00... during the night!!... it is a real joke!!! Very desapointing. - Impossible to eat at the hotel on the evening without booking!! - Room has a humidity smell.

Review 31：Receptionist told us that they lost the key for our room, and that it will be replaced the next day. However, the new key does not fit either. It is ridiculous that guests are not even able to lock their door, hence security was compromised. Location is okay, but quite a long walk from tram station.
