Review 2：Great interior design throughout hotel; room was lovely with view of mountain & really comfortable bed. Spa was lovely & we had it all to ourselves nearly on a Friday early evening which was a nice surprise.

Review 3：Not all staff in the restaurant were fully competent (one especially was slow/unattentive; couldn't answer many questions); the pice level is not very favorable: you get great service, but you also pay for it,

Review 4：Mostly very friendly staff. Babylift just next door. Lenzerheide is a good skiarea. Good restaurant, very nice rooms, nice Bar by the babyslopes. Most you could wish is within short reach (Access to main skislope area some 500 meters walk)

Review 5：We had a brilliant time and are looking forward to coming back again! The suite we stayed in was spacious, very well decorated and super comfortable! The view from the suite was breathtaking! Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff super friendly! Also to highlight: the spa! You feel relaxed just as you walk in! And with a panorama sauna with a view of the mountains, just a dream!

Review 10：just a small thing: if your room is in the separate building you need to go out to reach the pool or the restaurant.

Review 11：everything was perfect, the staff is exceptional, facilities and the rooms are great, the restaurant was also very good, also enjoyed the pool and the spa (great massage!) plus affordable prices, 5 star hotel service, I would recommend it to anyone and would go there again without a doubt!

Review 12：The location is far away from main train station around half hour by bus and the road was narrow and turnings. The room that I was offered was facing the greens. The spa was a bit disappointing as it was located in another building and the whirlpool was not working. There is not much conveniency nearby so if you want to go for some other options for dinner or lunch there could be a transportation limit.

Review 13：The staff was very nice and showed us everything from hotel facilities to bus schedule. The restaurants were excellent. There was free bike rental.

Review 14：Room was too hot. Therefore not comfortable and instead of having a recovery break I came away exhausted. Very disappointing.

Review 16：We reserved an extra bed for our child via booking.com, called the hotelto check whether they had seen the request which they confirmed. When weentered the room there was no extra bed, so we reminded the receptionwho promised the bed would be put up. At 08:00 pm still no bed so we hadto call again, took them another 20 min. For this price everzthingshould be perfect
