Review 1：Little bit hard to find - our sat nav took us in a restricted area and the car park was quite full but we did find it in the end and the kind car park attendant squeezed us in so wasn't a disaster.

Review 2：Stayed in the four bed family room. Was comfortable and clean. Loved the restaurant downstairs - great atmosphere, tasty food, good portion sizes and great value for money.

Review 7：Finish of the hotel was not quite there. Hole in the hallway ceiling, lighting fixtures here and there were loose or broken. Receptionist could not tell us if our small children are breakfast for free. Some open power plugs scared us a bit.

Review 13：The flow of the water both in sink and shower was very slow. It was very hard to take a good shower or wash hands normally. I guess owners were trying to save some money on water consumptions. Shame on them!

Review 16：I was travelled with my Family and children's and we stopped for one night on the half way of trip, the room and all facilities was very good, we was very happy with the hotel. Only one inconvenience, the room was in the noise street side, early morning trucks driving along street. So we booked again the same hotel on return. The room 1B was on the same noise street side and smaller than previous, facilities was very poor the shower was very poor, water pressure was very low and has been very hard to set water to the right temperature. The toilet was very hard to flush, not enough water in the tank... We not booking again the same Hotel. Avoid Room 1B if Possible

Review 18：An absence of facilities - no fridge, kettle or anything in the room, the were not rude, they just weren't the friendliest in the world. No tourist information, leaflets maps or any such in the foyer (we know that Slubice isn't Venice but still)!

Review 19：The location was good, the price was reasonable, the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of food.

Review 20：I had to argue a little about the price. They did not see that I had booked my room on booking.com for a certain price and they wanted to charge me their normal price, besides they wanted to use their own exchange rate. But I explained my reservations and everything ended well.

Review 40：It started when the receptionist could not find our reservation even though we proivided a printout from booking.com. After some fuss she gave us a standard room with one double bed instead of deluxe room with two single ones. No toiletries whatsoever, no trash bin in the room. The stay of our micro dog (usually they don't even charge for it because it is so tiny) cost 60 zl (they said it is 10 eur, but 10 eur is not 60 zl). Although they claim the reception is 24 hours, we could not find the receptionist for an hour during the night, she was gone. The hotel also says the rooms are soundproof, but that is not true, you can hear people speaking in the neighbouring room (and there is a warning in the room that if you are loud, you will be removed from the hotel without refund and will have to pay for the room of people to who you caused inconvenience, so it seems the soundproofing is non-existent). The man in the parking offered a place under a roof for extra 5 eur to be paid to his pocket, we refused. It seemed a usual hotel practice. We might consider this hotel in future, but I am not sure, there are better hotels there.

Review 41：Large TV. The bedlinen was fine and comfortable. The breakfast was indeed good, the best we had in this town (we stayed in other 3 hotels there), the offer was sufficient, the coffee good.

Review 42：Good Location. The room was very clean, with a really comfortable bed. The restaurant was excellent, the menu had a wide variety of items and the price was also good.

Review 43：The food in the Greek restaurant was not as good as on previous visits. Prawn starter was a little over cooked and the meat main a little dry. Perhaps it was the normal chef's night off.

Review 44：This hotel must be good because we keep coming back, or maybe that just says something about the other hotels nearby. This time, even though I was traveling alone I reserved the apartment which is the best room here, its very comfortable with good space. The staff mainly speak good English and are helpful.Its close to the border, easy to find and has a secure car park.

Review 117：The hotel has a Egyptian restaurant downstairs and a nice terrass outside. The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the bridge linking Poland and Germany. The German city of Frankfurt can easily reached by it.
