Review 1：The Smoke detector was removed from our unit for some reason, just wires hanging plus the heating unit was very old and didn't work great

Review 24：I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. The motel is old and I wasn't expecting much. I was hoping for a clean bed, clean floor and clean bathroom, but not much more. The room was small but more than adequately spacious for a one night stay. The floor was tile, not carpet. What a GREAT idea, especially in a motel where you walk directly into the room from outside and could track all kinds of debris and "who knows what" into the room. The sheets were clean. The bed was firm and amazingly comfortable. We were in a room just 3 doors off the main road but the room was actually much quieter than I expected. The shower was hot with plenty of pressure. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Some yoghurt and fruit would have been nice. The bagels seemed stale, but tasted fine when toasted. The only real negative is the toilet - it isn't securely fastened to the floor so it rocked. But there was no sewer smell so I guess it was ok. This motel was good value for the cost and I would definitely go back.
Review 25：I was happy to book a motel room for a good price and close to shopping. I was attending a Celebration of Life on Thursday and knew it would run late so I was happy that I did not have to drive back to Keremeos in the dark.

Review 28：Terrible lumpy pillows. Asked three times and still did not receive the senior discount when I left so didn't bother to ask again. Feel I shud not have had to ask $10.00 isn't much it is the principle of it that I will more than likely not return.

Review 30：1. Price started at 69 and ended up at 89 + tax 2. I was sent to a building next to Oasis Inn and place in the far corner. I parked my motorcycle near the exit of the property. I wanted to by with other people and my bike more protected. Washroom excellent but the room not in very good condition and a bit dirty in some areas. Pictures tell you a different story :(

Review 40：Firstly, they were super helpful regarding parking as we had a huge trailer with us and they showed us a super safe spot to park and then they upgraded us to a fantastic room. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was so clean. Lovely to have grass around and close to amenities for us to walk. We would definitely go back. Great value.
Review 41：Bteakfast was a little lacking in substance. Rooms are tired and Fire need of updating including the creeking floors and toilet that rocks every time you sat down or got up. Feel sorry for the people in the room below.

Review 47：The breakfast is very simple. There was cereal, toast/bagel and muffins, coffee, juice and milk. Which is ok, unless you want some protein. Had a spider in the room. My parents next door had small ants. Otherwise the experience was great! We would stay there again.
Review 48：Loved the pool and kids play area outside. There is a small putting green, sandbox and a playhouse... perfect for young children. Our room came with a full kitchen and three beds (one was a hide a bed). Excellent for a family of 6. There is also a BBQ outside for use and a couple gazebos. Pretty good location, short drive to shopping mall (Orchard Park), short drive from the lake.
Review 49：The breakfast was a bad joke. Location for the room not so good. We were stuck way back with a spectacular view of the fence.

Review 51：Carpeted Stairs & walkway are wet and slippery, the toilet feels not secured to the floor, it wobbles when you sit. Wifi is very poor. Very expensive for the condition of this hotel.

Review 53：Just a couple of things about this hotel its on a very busy street and also for parking you do need to pay 20 dollars a day it does not come with the hotel and the breakfast isn't free you pay for it in the hotel price and the breakfast isn't hot its luke warm, if that. Would not stay here again.
Review 54：Pool want heated, 3 par golf green was a mess. We couldn't use our bed side lights or clock because they were connected to the main light switch so when you turned that off everything went off. Continental breakfast didn't have juice or water, cream cheese was frozen, no fruit, and bad coffee. Definitely was not worth the $135 for each room I paid for.
Review 55：the toilet was not bolted down very well. the bed was uncomfortable. the walls were dirty. the second day they didn't even give us more Kleenex it was empty. no one in the morning to book out so I don't know how much they charged us in the end. won't stay there again

The bed room needs air conditioning it was too hot even with fans blowing we brought. When I called to confirm the room they knew we had 4 people 2 kids 2 adults yet the room had 2 bath towels. When I asked for extra towels I got attitude from the desk lady. the suite had no dish towels even though it had a kitchen I asked for them and got more attitude . The bath room door would not latch. The parking sucks too small spaced. I was not able to fill one bucket of ice and the machine ran out

The room was not quite ready when we got there but we were early and they were very accommodating and housekeeping staff were just as friendly and inviting as the reception staff. The room was clean, beds were great, pool was great for relaxing and clean as well. Did not try the Free Breakfast as we left earlier than 7:30 am. Would recommend!

Review 67：We were family of 7 that stayed here over the weekend Aug 16-18, 2015. Me and my husband have never stayed in Motol before and I was hesitant to book it at first but I am glad I did. Our room was decent size with huge king bed. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us the choice of picking our own room. The breakfast was very basic and we knew that. The hotel is 10 min walk to downtown. The had nice pool but we couldn't use it as our day was packed with activities. I am definitely staying here next visit to Kewlowna.

We stayed the first couple nights here and really enjoyed it, but were booked elsewhere for the remaining 2 days of the trip. We stayed 1 night at the other place and decided to check out a day early to return to Oasis for the final night. We will definitely be staying at Oasis next time we go to Kelowna.

Review 81：The air conditioning (if you can even call it that given it barely cooled) sounded like a tractor, but it was too hot to not have it on. Barely slept. Shower has two levels - freezing and boiling, but you don't get to pick which you want. It will instead fluctuate between each with no notice. It's not worth it. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.
Review 82：We were charged twice for the room when the holding deposit actually became a charge. this was a mistake made by second family member who finalised the account on the day we left. when we realised what had happened we had to ring them, and then argue to get the money refunded. the refund took over a week. he money was taken out immediately but could not be refunded immediately. this meant that money was unable to be used while overseas, and therefore the budget was messed up.
Review 83：We had a kitchenette and the o ven barely cooked a pizza. No ice bucket available. Burn marks on the caepet, mothss that flew out of the pull out couch, a wiggling ceiling fan in the bedroom and dirty walls.Breakfast was fine, the pool was clean and wifi worked.
Review 84：Staff not very organised, had staff knocking on the door the morning of our checkout as their records had shown we had already left. The rooms need some work, and could be a bit cleaner.

Review 98：When we booked we were told there was only one bed. So my son took his air mattress. My grandson was going to sleep with me. Surprised and delighted to see another bed and bed chesterfield in the living room.

Review 106：Even though the WiFi was free, it was none existent in the evening. The rest of the day was it fine. The bed side lights did not work and one of the bulbs was broken, obviously it had not been checked. Breakfast was almost none existent. No place to sit to eat it.

Review 109：The owner of the Motel was having some windows replaced, while we were there the worker was grinding and removing the outer layer to remove the windows the next day. Complements to the owner for hiring a great company to do the job. They were very considerate and thoughtful as my wife had day surgery. The owners staff and her son and daughter are very good people also... :) The breakfast was very good .
Review 110：The room was clean, but I found a part of a bag in the freezer that someone else had left, no big deal just a small over site on somebodys part.
Review 111：The room had tile floor, a bit chilly however cleaner than carpet and I did stay in February I am sure in the summer months a tile floor would be awesome. The bed was way more comfortable than mine at home.

Review 116：Lives the fact that the staff talked to me about our length of stay and changed us from a weekly to a monthly whilst looking for a rental house. Clean apartment with microwave and electric 4 plate hob, good size fridge freezer. Queen bed in room and sofa bed in lounge/diner. Coin Washing machine and dryer on site as well. Just over from Capri mall and 20 min walk to down town. Clean rooms and basic but well appointed facilities with restricted cable, but it does have tsn, ctv and movies. And for dinner, the abc down the block is excellent. We had roadside room and could not hear traffic.
Review 117：Internet was terrible faded in and out all the time could not get my work done! Noisy neighbours, party till 2:30am, they sounded like a hangout for gang members and prostitutes

Review 126：loation was central to everything we wanted. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the pool was very inviteing however our visit was in the fall and therefore we did not take advantage of it.
Review 127：Great stay for a younger couple. My boyfriend and I drove up to Kelowna for the night to attend a concert. The hotel was walking distance to downtown for the nightlife. It was still close to shopping. It's pet friendly. The rooms are private, clean and quiet. Being a student, the price was definetly right!
