Review 1：The night man opening us at 11 p.m. was impolite and really anything but friendly - inacceptable!!! Beds were very hard, shower floor rusty, no room service at all if you didn´t ask for it Breakfast poor, beside the good egg dishes.

Review 3：We liked the beautiful view of the city. We loved the rustic and authentic atmosphere of the Lodge. We liked the cleanliness of modern bathrooms and floors. The staff was very friendly and kind especially for the breakfast they were there to please.

Review 4：There was fairly serious damage to one of the beds and the balcony although offering a grand parallel view felt quite unsafe underfoot. Breakfast adequate but fruit juice and coffee totally undrinkable. Juice watered down to almost nil level and coffee like cold brown water.

Review 5：Fantastic scenery, great value tasty dinner, tennis court that we used and sauna that we didn't and the wonderful time sitting downstairs around the open log fire.

Review 6：When we arrived at 15.00 the only woman working there said because the hotel was full she had no towels. We would get them at 16.00. So we went out, on our return (18.15) she said the towels still were not ready. When I said I really wanted one, she suddenly found some. In our room which was very dirty (windows full of dust, carpets dirty, hairs on the floor) we found a used towel full of lipstick. There is no light in the shower so it is pitch black there. We had no light in our bedroom and had to ask for help at 23.30. How this hotel ever got a 7.9 rating is beyond me. A beautiful house that has been run down completely.

Review 8：It was difficult to find the hotel. The suggestion would be to put some sign at the beginning of Jizerska street to give hope for people that there is a hotel somewhere up the street. The house numbering is awkward and does not help at all. The breakfast was disappointing. The first day ham, cheese and bread were offered. We came 30 min later from the start, so could only see that other visitors had yogurt. Family of our friends did not get even plates and the man in charge did not pay attention at all. The second day eggs (prepared in two ways) and bread were offered. This time we came early enough to get yogurt. There was cereal on both days as well. The rooms were not cleaned as one could expect in a 3* hotel.
