Reviews for Hotel Pat'ta Hoiri
Review 1:Some problem with door lock, difficult to lock and unlock, also some problem with water boiler, affecting hot water supply
Review 2:Nice and helpful staff, comfortable room, close to major street of the town, very good breakfast
Review 3:had dogs and cats - though dogs were small and left you alone
Review 4:very friendly staff even though they didn't speak much English nice outdoor space to relax great breakfast
Review 5:It's not the hotel's fault but there was a power outage. Hotel and generator but not enough hot water.
Review 6:The staff was always trying to please and gave good recommendations and advice. Good parking. Excellent location walking distance to the main street with many restaurants. First right off the highway in San Pedro.
Review 7:I guess the only critique is about the shower. The bathroom does get a bit wet after each shower. But nothing that annoyed our stay.
Review 8:We loved our stay in Pat'ta Hoiri. The room was really comfortable, very clean and always tidy. Location is perfect! Main street is right around the corner. Moreover, the staff was very helpful and friendly. To top the experience, breakfast was really nice: simple, but very nice. We felt very well treated: even when we missed the breakfast because of an early tour, they prepared some snacks for us to take.
Review 9:All guests share one hair dryer because of the electricity issue.
Review 10:Hosts are nice, willing to help, comfort and clean place to stay. Location is closing to the main street but quiet.
Review 11:Very welcoming and attentive staff (at reception and breakfast) Room was warm and hot water constant (important in SP). Comfortable bed Would return.
Review 12:There was nothing I didn't like.
Review 13:Very helpful, friendly staff. March and Vincente went out of their way to help me with a credit card problem, book tours and recommend places to eat out. Facilities are brand new, well maintained and spotlessly clean. I had a lovely big room looking into quiet courtyard. Excellent breakfast in relaxing conservatory.
Review 14:Did not like the hotel, the bathroom is very small and bad done. The shower is pressure and water is warmer, only just out hot water if you turn all the shower, which ends up flooding the bathroom and the whole room. The breakfast is very weak, and has no options. No pool, not even in the hotel restaurant, to offer a service the night for example. The bed room is quite comfortable, but it has no air conditioning, as in Atacama if it is very hot. But it has cable TV and minibar.
Review 15:Hotel owners are very helpful with customers.
Review 16:No air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room. Slow Wifi.
Review 17:Location was very good. Staff/owners were very helpful and friendly and did everything they could to make everyone feel more comfortable. Comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast.
Review 18:Nothing, i really like everything!
Review 19:I felt in home, the staff did the better to feel me comfortable and safe. This attention made my trip perfect and this hotel is really personal.
Review 20:The hotel is not a luxory place, but a family run place, so don't expect more.
Review 21:Pat'ta Hoiri had a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. From the very first minute, Milton at the front desk made our stay easy and comfortable. He arranged the tours and transportations we needed and was always there to meet our needs. For the Xmas Eve the owners invited all the guests for a surprise party that was held on the patio with pisco, wine and snack. Million thanks for the xmas party, Marco and Vicente! Furthermore, Pat'ta Hoiri is not only a hotel, but a jewelry workshop, a bookstore and a space for art and handicraft expo.
Review 22:Everything is clean, nicely decorated and modern. Nice outdoor space for breakfast or even to enjoy a wine in the evening. Milton is super friendly and helpful.
Review 23:Great position close to everything, very friendly and helpful staff
Review 24:internet connection was very slow and sometimes not possible to receive mails.
Review 25:Need that furniture for keeping the suitcase
Review 26:The persons were very nice.

Review 37:I liked almost everything!
Review 38:This is a charming and central hotel in San Pedro, with a kind and diligent staff and comfortable bedrooms.
Review 39:attentive service, friendly staff, good location, clean and comfortable, would definitely choose it again as the place to stay in San Pedro!
Review 40:Shower pressure
Review 41:Location, staff, breakfast
Review 42:No water for shower or very little in the early morning and overpricedbut that is San Pedro !
Review 43:Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location and pleasant patio.
Review 44:The room for 5 persons was too small. There was no space even to openthe suite case. It wasn't possible to have a shower - either therewas a boiled water or cold. Mixed water was only for 20 seconds and thenyou have to either open a tap with cold water (not to be burned) or toclose it – endless process. There was only one key for 5 people and whenwe got back from sky tour (30 min after midnight) we had to jump overthe fence as there was no one at the reception. They charge money for asimple black and white print copy of the map of San Pedro.
Review 45:There was a territory to make barbeque. It is also possible to park acar their. They have a really friendly dog. We had bus early in themorning and they agreed to serve us breakfast earlier than the starttime in their timetable.
Review 46:a little overpriced but so are all the hotels/hostals in san pedro shower / water was subpar (difficult to regulate)
Review 47:wonderful staff very helpful and friendly
