Review 1：Staff hardly spoke english. Hotel is in the process of refurbishment. No curtain in the shower room. No receipt has been given or any perchase documents.
Review 2：For me price was probably the only positive thing at this hotel. Area where hotel was situated also looked quite cute. Internet worked fine.
Review 3：- Not enough parking spaces,- The personnel doesn't speak English, - Horrible breakfast (you are not provided with water, and you can get only one coffee or tea. If you wish for the second, you have to pay), - During breakfast the personnel kept watching us so we finish faster, - Rude attitude from the personnel, - We had to ask them to clean our room and provide us with new towels, - They don't change the sheets and they don't dust properly, - They asked for 330 leva for our stay, even though the price was 320 leva. I recommend you have your booking reservation printed so you can confront the prices, - the tub (so much an asset for the delux room we had) was tiny - a little bigger then a shower cabin. I don't see how this hotel got so many good reviews (which was one of the reasons I chose it) - it is not worth your money: bad food, rude personnel, NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACES etc.

Review 17：Bathtub is half normal size. We stayed in a deluxe double room (not a suite) and asked to stay a second night. Instead of charging us the Booking.com rate of 48 levs x 2, they told us the total was 137 levs.
Review 18：Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They love pets. Parking in the nearby town center has 24-hour drive-by security.
