Review 1：NEED RENOVATION. -there is no breakfast included -there is no free parking included -beds are too soft -dirty stains on the carpet and walls

Review 2：The only good thing with this hotel is location. Perfectly suited.

Review 3：Bar staff were sometimes unavailable and a little slow in service but this is because they also deal with the room service orders.

Review 7：Staff was not friendly, good air conditioning but blew right over your head with no means of changing the controls so you were either frigid cold or bake in the heat, people smoking in hallways, you must carry up the stairs you laguage because there was no ramp, room was stuck in the 70s, did not have our reservations

Review 9：Unfriendly employees, no good evening on arrival but a big fuss with another guest about unpaid consumption from last visit. No good morning the next day, even so i offered. Cleaning on a very low standard. Obviously no control of the room-maids. Bathroomwalls still with toothpaste of predesessors. Mirror not cleaned properly. ALL lightswitches with black edges....disgusting!!! Strange smell from linnen... like roomfreshener. Never again. Thanks alot but no thanks!

Review 11：Parking and breakfast are paid additionally. The bathrooms door didn't close. The lady at the reception was very unwelcoming, not smiling not greeting, no nothing. The piccolo was playing games on his phone the whole time - didn't even look at us, nor greet us as guests. Didn't feel as a GUEST at all!

Review 35：Even it's stated that no parking is available, they 'recommend' the parking in the backyard, for which you get charged on the hotel invoice. Additionally to that, you get taxes added to the rate you booked at booking.com, so at the end you pay more. Hotel staff is friendly enough, but not real professionals. Just the usual Bulgarian 'this is how it is' way. Really nothing special for that money.

Review 37：The receptionist put us in a room facing the downtown. There was atechno party downstairs that went on and on into the night. At midnightI had to request a new room which the staff accommodated immediately.

We travel in Bulgaria at list 3/4 times x year and itwill be the last time in this hotel Also in the morning we went in thelobby for breakfast and the waitress was very unfriendly and when I askher something the answer was ( no ,ok) she wasn't happy to work onnew year Anyway in Stara Zaroga we will find a better hotel next time MeI was a F&B manager in Hilton Hotel in Park Lane London ( bestbusiness hotel in Europe 2005/2007) And I Just tell you that thishotel I will not coming in back anymore Francesco Messinas
