Review 1：The hotel is really old I felt like we were back in 1972. This hotel has never been updated. The A/C is a very noisy wall unit. They also don't have ability to help you with anything. I needed a spoon to give my son some cereal but was told to walk to blocks to an ice cream shop to get one. The next night we stayed at the Sheraton in Vitoria and that was amazing! I was so surprise to that the Hostess cost quite a bit more than the Sheraton which was a 10! The Hostess was a 1.

Review 3：Language was a problem. Not knowing Portuguese and only English, seemed nobody on staff could speech English or even a little. Also 1 of the 2 elevators were down for 3 days making things a bit inconvenient.

Review 8：This hotel is very basic and is fitted with very old and worn furniture, with old very noisy a/c units The general clenliness was poor in the room and we had to ask for a room change, but the second was only marginally better. You could visibly see stains on the sheets and furnishings. There was a musty smell in both rooms and everything was sticky to touch. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time and the shower head was calcified and green with poor pressure. The breakfast and restaurant were badic selections I would reccomend spending the 20-30 reals more per night and go somewhere else for a far superior experience.
