Review 1：Exterior pool was not functional. The receptionist does not speak English very well. No massage, even if the advertising included such a service.
Review 2：Nice location, Arbanasi is an interesting place to visit. Nice room. Good breakfast. the name is actually wine (alcohol) palace... didn't try it!

Review 5：Very clean, large rooms and a great view on Arbanasi and Tarnovo. Our stay was during January but I think this place will be even better in the summer.
Review 6：Creaking beds, poor isolation, almost impossible to sleep. No ventilation in the bathroom. Air was very heavy on the first floor because of the swimming pool. Insects in the room.

Review 8：The only downside was when we returned to the hotel after a walk round Arbanasi at about 22.30 at night, there were 2 drunk guys fooling around in the pool with bottles of beer. Any sort of glass in or around a pool is quite dangerous if it gets broken, and broken glass in a pool is virtually impossible to remove completely without emptying the pool. I would have expected staff to tell them to get out, but they were there for some time making quite a noise
Review 9：The location was nice and peacefull at the back of Arbanasi, and the hotel had lovely gardens. The pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but it was typical Bulgarian, and I would not have expected any more for the price
Review 10：1- Nobody, but NOBODY speaks foreign languages! 2- Big yard - difficult to carry the luggage.

Review 12：The room we were given was in the attic there was not enough light and we had no view. Mini bar fridge did not keep the water cold. There had large bath towels, it was not clean enough.
