Review 1：No elevator .

Review 2：Exellent !we got so much for so little money, It was very suprising. Goog place to overnight for those who travel on motorbikes . Hotel have parking with monitoring.

Review 3：The people at the restaurant were less friendly. The room was a little bit too small but cozy.

Review 4：The room was very clean and the people of the reception were very friendly and helpful. The check-in went quickly. The food during the breakfast and the diner was also good. It is only a couple of minutes driving to the central parking of Ski Jested.

Review 5：Rude staff, especially the waitress in a bar. Nobody to nobody says good morning and did not respond to greetings. Bar closes issuing beer 30 minutes before closing time. For breakfast, you can't scoff warm food. Support offended at all. Children treated like insects. Oh .... to three stars far away

Review 6：Location quite far from the center and quite ugly district, but for the price... could have been much worse.I did not notice also facilities for the disabled, and the entrance to the hotel began immediately stairs.

Review 7：The room was clean and well equipped, the service friendly and helpful. In the room was coffee, tea, teapot, cups (and even knife), table with chairs and a large TV. The restaurant in the basement and backyard with a delicious cold beer ;-) Generally thoughtful and sympathetically. With a clear conscience I can recommend this hotel.

Review 29：The reception is really poor,,we arrived and no one was in reception formore than 10 min ,, they told us that restaurant is serving food till22:00 pm ,we cam 21:40 and they said kitchen is closed ,and we cantserve you any more,this makes us disappointed,as it was difficult tofind another restaurant in this time ,there are no any minibar in theroom ,I think the staff are friendly and polite ,but they seem theydon't have experience in hotel carrier .

Review 33：We were very pleased with the hotel service.The staff was always polite helpful and welcoming.The hotel is ideally situated for trips and away from everything central. The bus stop is 5 mins away on the other side of the road.The railway stop Liberec Rochlice is nearby too.From there its possible to go to Tanvald or the centre of Liberec where there are lots of shopping arcades and other attractions.
