Review 1：Mold on tiles in the shower; nothing crazy just not ideal.
Review 2：The room was specious in the Deluxe options; whirlpool was perfect for a buffer guy. They provided knifes / forks and microwave that was handy. Great breakfast included

Review 5：The loft suite does not have a microwave....there is only a very slippery 2-person love seat instead of a full sofa. No table or chairs to sit at. Changed rooms to the mezzanine room and loved it.

Review 14：This accommodation, is in our opinion a very poor standard, even if classified as a Hostal. There was an unpleasant smell due to dirty carpet, furniture and curtains. Very low standard of cleanliness and maintenance. We booked 2 nights and left after 1 uncomfortable night. This explains why their policy of payment on booking and no refunds. Not recommended.

Review 17：Staff was not very friendly, especially the lady at the frontdesk in the morning. Patio door was broken and fell everytime we opened it. The room was very small and it smelled "old". Very disappointed.

We will check with the manager tomorrow morning. We moved allof our thinks into the new room. My wife had to clean the room, dust andwash the bat tub.The next morning we were charged $177.00 more for the new room. On top of the $503.55 that we had already paid. We questioned the increase based on what the night attendant had said. The manager was firm with the increase. We paid it with strong objections.
