Review 1：It was clean, economical & convenient. Lack of bells & whistles was good. I didn't have to help pay for a useless chandelier. Enjoyed my stop over. Thanks!

Review 2：The bed was hard and the room was dim and you have to drive like maybe 15 mins to get food. It's very expensive for the price I paid. We were on a road trip and have stayed in an actual hotel in downtown Seattle for $50 less than what I paid for here.

Review 4：I knew the bathroom was shared, but it was not explained to me how it was shared. I spent time going up and down the hall in a futile search for it. I was also not informed ahead of time that the Internet connection in the room required an Ethernet cable. I didn't bring one, so I couldn't use my computer in the room, and the wireless was lousy.

Review 5：This place is very convenient to the Kelowna airport. I didn't have to drive very far after the arrival of my late flight. Plus, the price is right. The staff were very accommodating to my needs - even having some distilled water waiting for my CPAP machine upon my arrival.

Review 6：Room was super bright in the morning. Tho this is common problem for me no matter where I stay.

Review 7：Great for travellers of all ages on a budget. The cleaning staff can be negligent so if your room has not been cleaned tall to the front desk they can set you up but you may have to for example setup your own bed if the cleaning company has left. All in all it is cleaned, quiet and the staff was friendly.

Review 10：I couldn't find a bathroom anywhere on my floor and no one told me where they were. The wifi doesn't work in the rooms. The campus is out of town so you have to drive in for any food etc.

Review 18：The bed comforter and pillow covers did not seem clean ie. Perhaps they were not changed between guests. We were in the room 3 days and there was no housekeeping. It would have been good to have the towels changed and the garage removed. There were no pots and pans to cook with.

Review 32：Room should have at least one comfortable chair, a reading lamp and a TV. Desk should have power connections. Night light in bathroom area would be nice. Fob should work for side doors. Guests should be given better info on what's going on around the campus or places to eat nearby. Building is poorly built, noisy from people walking overhead and the laundry. Very Spartan. Only 2 pillows. No Kleenex. A long way out of town for Kelowna.

Review 33：Bugs on my floor I got told fully equipped kitchen didn't even have a cutting board or a knife to able to cut anything but butter knives like its a prison and going to use the cups coffee in side that no one checked from the last people visit and its 2015 get wifi people have iPads use cell phone and go with laptop for a trip

(I didn't have to as there was no neighbour in the suite next to me). But I knew all this going in, so I was not disappointed.

Review 49：One night stay at this location was convenient, as we were attending a UBC summer Alumni Event. Room was quite basic, but as a 9-10 month student residence, was clean, comfortable and adequate for the price. The staff at the main check-in were polite and helpful.

Review 54：A bit isolating, I was also hoping for some good power walking or running trails but there was only the campus property that was paved. It would be nice to have a swimming pool! One of those outdoor workout equipment areas would be great!

Review 55：To explore the campus and see what was there. The availability of the library and computers. Great roving security as I am a single female. Bed was comfy and nice sheets and towels. Nice and quiet. I would recommend UBC to travellers who don't mind being out if town but not to anyone who likes to be in walking distance to things as you do need a car. Nice to have parking outside the residence building.

Review 58：A lot of things were broken. It didn't take away from the trip, it just was surprising that a university didn't upkeep the rooms. Location was pretty poor for what we were looking for - but couldn't complain with the price.

Review 63：It could work both ways for people. Nice to be a bit away from town. If you have a car it is easy to drive to, off Hwy 97. If no car, don't know how often the bus runs, and for travellers going into Kelowna it would be a bit of a challenge on public transit

Review 66：We had to move rooms for the second night as the first bed sagged and we both rolled into the middle all night long. It was very hot at night and the air conditioning did nothing in either room unless you were standing directly in front of it. Coffee maker didn't work. So, you charged a lot when there were a number of things not up to standard. I feel that a discount should have been offered for these problems. Parking was also a problem. Plus,I now have to phone because the charges to my credit card were not accurate but it was emailed to me, so I didn't get to see it at the time.
