Review 2：Employees of Nira Alpina made our vacation unforgettable. Hotel is located directly on a slop, we had direct access to ski lift from hotel, also free transfer to Corviglia, the rooms are new, well designed, clean and comfortable, SPA is really nice, you should try jacuzzi with great massage options, the view from Rooftop bar is fascinating and hotel's breakfast is one of the best we had, we had 9 different varieties of honey, finest cheese and pastry was delightful.

Review 3：We had breakfast included in our reservation, but had to pay the same surplus for dinner as those who did not have breakfast included. We asked why and the "manager" had no good answer.

Review 10：The ambience. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The bar was stylish and comfortable. The views were excellent and it has access to the cable car.

Review 11：Restaurant. Overpriced and pretentious Maître D. Waitress was condescending and then forgot significant parts of the order - my second vegetable arrived towards the end of my main course. Food was good but front of house staff need to develop people skills.

Review 14：Had an excellent two days here, which we used a base for hiking. Therewas a lovely little spa to relax in after a long day in the mountainsand an excellent restaurant. Our room also had a fantastic view from theterrace and the hotel was decorated in a superb modern style with a lotof art presented in all places. My favorite part was the staff, who Ifound to be very pleasant and helpful, but not coming across fake. Idon't like over-the-top customer service, but they get the balancejust right here. The reception staff were very helpful in findingsomewhere to get my car fixed and the staff in the bar and restaurantwere exceptional; attentive, talkative and helpful with suggestions. Wealso took some lunch with us on our last day from the little bakeryattached to the hotel.
