Review 1：My complain. When I book a 4 or 5 stars Inn, I expect the maximum of comfort! Dear Hotel Manager, we are been freezening in room 203, I setted the air conditioning on 30 degreed to warm up the room. No chance, because even this was not working properly. Maximum of temperatur in the room was about 16-17 degreed, the radiator just low warm. We had to were additional clothes to feel more comfortable. Furthermore, until 3 am I could listen to the musik coming from the discoteque, which is situated close to the Hotel. I started finally to sleep because I became very tired. Next morning I informed the Guest Service employee. Off course she couldn't tell more as that she know it, but the Hotel is very old. I don't want to write here what was in my opinion the real reason, than I work since almost 10 years in Hotel Management and Guest Services. Dear Hotel Manager, I would like to visit again the Hotel President, but for sure not in this condition! Please make sure that I will change my opinion. I like Hotel President very much. Best regards.

Review 2：The historical Hotel President is very fascinating, in this building is possible to feel the history of the Hotel. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Starting from the front office, the check-in took only 5 minutes. I requested to change the setting of the bed in our room and in 10 minutes it was done (My sincere compliments to H.K.). The waitress has been very friendly and attentive. The Breakfast buffet was excellent, good presentation, good quality of food. (we italians are very sensitive about it) so again compliments.

Review 3：Lovely hotel, very central and walking distance of old market square area. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, varied with options for freshly cooked egg dishes was great.

Review 5：The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection something for everyone. The room was very comfortable and very clean with a big en-suite. The deco was amazing and had been restored to its original design. The customer service was excellent. While we were there they had just opened a new Asian restaurant which was very good.

Review 6：Although I had s single room there was a bar available however there were no tea making facilities in the room and a little noisy on the Saturday night as the room backed onto a night club

Review 9：Lighting in room was poor and bathroom too small. Asked for a quiet room and music kept us awake all night til. 4am! We couldnt go to bar on the friday because of a private party. This should hv been told to us prior to our visit and bar wasnt open after 10.30 on the sat night.

Review 10：This was a second visit to President and all worked out perfect. Great location and great attention to details. The staff made us feel welcome, and were present and patient with our enquieries and Pani Edyta looked after us at the breakfast and restaurant above and beyond call of duty.

Review 11：I enjoyed every aspect of my visit. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay pleasurable. Room was spotlessly clean. The gym area was being refurbished during my stay but I barely heard a noise, the quietest building work ever! It will be an extra special place when this is completed. I think this is an exciting time for the Hotel President.

Review 12：Everything! Dining room music and staff at breakfast were unassuming - wonderful experience! They let me use the space for work even though breakfast was well over. The staff were very helpful and so friendly.

Review 13：They questioned whether I had been smoking in the room. Very embarrasing and I haven't smoked in 40 years. I felt the desk manager took the word of the housekeeper and did not fully investigate before confronting me.

Very comfortable beds - my room was oriented to the quiet side and I had a very good sleep Staff - experienced, professional - small, but nice detail - when I came they were really expecting me (my documents were on the table ready) The hotel itself is a true 4 star hotel - nice carpets, beds, curtains, sanitary facilities Price is excellent, hard to beat

Review 19：- it was slightly humid in the room - I was expecting a panoramic room to be on a floor that is higher than the first but it was alright anyhow

Review 20：- room was very clean and had two bathrooms which is great if you are going to a wedding and have to prep for it at the morning. - staff was very helpfull - price for a room with over 50m2 was very competitive - great location in the City Center - for a hotel that is so old it was visible that it was renovated since it made an impression of having a brand new interiors in the corridors and the room. - option to get a dish made for you during breakfast (an omlet for example)

Review 70：There were no shampoos, conditioners, or shower gels in the room when we arrived or at any time when we were there. The street noise is loud, but the windows and curtains keep it out for the most part. I was surprised that breakfast was not included.

Review 72：The entrance to the hotel in the poor quality, the stairs in the entrance damaged. The carpet infront of reception desk was loolong dirty (maybe because it was yellow) but looking very bad. The lift in the hotel in bad condition - making many noises during going up. It was stresfull to use this lift. During breakfast the hot dish like sausages only for special order - so useless when you're in hurry. I wolud expect much better quality in 4* hotel. Hairs in the batchroom !!! On the hairdrayer there was hairs of previous guests (I guess) - just owfull!

Review 76：This hotel is a fabulous building in a town of great architecture,even if some of the town needs more then the proverbial lick of paint.The staff were wonderful and dining/the bar is like sitting in a palace.It could not be more central and book a car park place if relevant.B-B I found a mixture of the old and the new.It struck me as a city of younger people perhap's more aventgarde then say Krakow.However although we were tourist's, we felt we were probably amongst very few.

Thereceptionist said it was not her fault the weather was hot and althoughthere were rooms avail with air con we could have one if we paid forupgrade although we were occupying a superior room.I Asked if we couldhave a fan - no fans avail.asked why she needed to have a fan at herside and guess what we had a fan! Wall mounted tv bit small for size ofroom . No english speaking channels eg. Bbc News/CNN . Otherwise nocomplaints

Review 85：Spent 3 nights in city searching family history. Hotel recentlyrefurbished to a high standard. Central location with buses on doorstepand train station a few minutes walk. All major places of interestwithin walking distance. Excellent accomodation , old fashion luxury-immacuately clean and first class restaurant with very reasonableprices. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful with one exception.

Review 86：The charme of this hotel is a little bit hidden, especially the reception area somehow does not represent the otherwise quite splendid appearance of the hotel and would also fit to a ** hotel. Also, the big main street on which the hotel is situated looks a litte bit grim, altthough it is lined with large 19th century houses. The considerable street noise is well isolated by the sound-proof windows.

Review 87：Impeccable, luxuriously and tastefully equipped rooms, interesting mix of styles in the staircase. Location within only a few steps from the charming historic city center, and also near to the main train station. Free Wi-Fi. Helpful staff, ambituous management. Makes an excellent base for visiting this region, on the foot of the beskidy hills.

Review 88：The "double bed" in the room was a joke with two single beds simplypushed together with two single duvets, I spent the night fallingbetween the crack of the separating beds. Cheap toiletries in thebathroom and parking at an extra charge.
