Review 1：Breakfast spread rather limited. No offerings of small tray of fruits in the room. Poor choice of DJ & band at the New Year's Eve party.

Review 10：This is a top notch hotel in a nice area of town. The staff was friendly and helped us arrange a private tour one day and a taxi driver on another day who stayed with us for 4 hours and took us to a few specific sites we wanted to see. The room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean. We opted for a club room which includes Hyatt club access with breakfast everyday, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks all day long and a 2 hour happy hour each night with drinks and enough food to make a dinner. It was R$160 in addition to the price of the room per day but we got our money's worth. We had laundry done there and they did a great job. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, both are very nice. It also has a spa which I did not use but which looked nice. It is about 20 - 30 minutes by car to central city and about 10 minutes from Estadio Morumbi. It is a bit pricey but I thought it was worth it to have an excellent room in a safe area of town.

Review 19：Late last year the MOD said they were about to upgrade the wifi provider, this is apparently done now but still very slow at times, so video and SKYPE is spotty, and the whole thing around wifi is so complicated (2 hr passwords in the lobby etc) Seems like a given that Wifi should be great but...otherwise it is an ok hotel maybe a bit soul - less and cold -I would go elsewhere but for the location next to an office i use

Review 70：Food and drinks were expensive. Lap pool was not heated. The 'Upstairs bar/restaurant' was closed due to Easter holidays.

Review 76：The extras are expensive. 65 BRL for an average breakfast is 2-3 times the price I usually pay for the same. I knew the price but expected more, should be half of the price to really worth the value. Parking is expensive as expected for the region, but they took too much time to bring my car when leaving after checkout. WiFi is very expensive, I preferred to use 3G through cell phone provider.

Review 77：Great location, great staff, I heard waiters and reception desk speaking to other guests in at least 3 foreign languages. Room was very clean, decoration is basic but sophisticated and very pleaseant. Room, corridors, lobby and restaurants are very quiet. Room had a simply perfect bed with great sheets (probably 1000+ thread Egypt cottom). Room price was fair comparing to other hotels in Sao Paulo (everything is expensive in Sao Paulo). Dinner was around 300BRL with 10% tip for a great sushi combo, a great salmon/misso risotto, 2 sakerinas, 1 green tea ice cream with azuki and agar-agar, 2 espressos, 2 bottles of sparkling water. Slightly expensive but it was sophisticate as espected for a 5-star, better quality than most restaurants in Sao Paulo and we really loved the food. Maybe not the best hotel in the world but good enough to recommend it to anyone who can pay the bill.
