Review 1：The elevator was very slow.

Review 2：The decor in the lobby was beautiful. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our rooms were lovely and adjoining.

Review 3：The hot tub was set at 80 degrees, this was disappointing. Even worse was the girl at the front counter that said it could not be warmer than the set temperature. I have never seen this before, in fact its probably not healthy to be that cold.

Review 6：Staff was very accommodating, We arrived early, on a very hot day, and the front staff was very cooperative at finding us a room that was vacant. My grandson had a good time playing in the pool. Overall the value is more then there and we would definitely come back again. Having restaurants close by is an added bonus.

Review 9：I arrived at midnight and was given a room that was not made up. Another was offered that was satisfactory, but the trips back and forth to the lobby to address the matter when I was tired was a drag. No discount offered.

Review 10：The hotel is not well maintained. At least our room wasn't. The breakfast was very disappointing. Fruit was good , pastries not healthy enough for me. Need a protein added. Eggs or other nonfatty choice. We had to go for breakfast else where.

Review 12：Wanted to plug in a sleeping devise and could not get to the plug ins at the head of the bed. It was dirty behind the night table. The bed lights bother the other bed as they are on one switch. No good for morning reading as I would woken up second person So I had to read in the bathroom for an hour. Not good

Review 21：This is the second time we've stayed at the Coast Abbotsford Hotel and Suites. It's a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable with a friendly front desk staff. A big plus for us is that it's pet friendly and in a nice area for walking our dogs.

Review 25：We stopped here on our way to the US. Front desk even recommended the proper time to cross the border to eliminate line ups and delays and he was correct.

Review 26：One elevator and it seems to be conflicting with housekeeping staff trying to get sh gets and towels to laundry room . Quite noticible!! When there is breakfast provided there should be some tables to sit at but instead we had to take everything upstairs and eat on the bed .

Review 28：Reservation system did not inquire if we were bringing dogs. I knew they were accepted because my friends already had a reservation. When I arrived I had to chang my fcilities. I had originally ordered two queen size beds. There was only one and the oull out couch bed was absolutely dreadful. Lumpy and awful.

He was able to take advantage of the coffee and breakfast that were included while he was working. Review 91：Convenience to a wedding attended at a Church four minutes from the hotel and easy access once on highway #1 to get to the hotel from Vancouver Island. Easy access to the Wedding reception via South Parallel Rd. Room was quiet even though it was very near the highway/busy roads due to being "set back" from the busy roads.

Review 92：In the description of what our room was to be like it said ValleyViews when in reality we were ground floor, back of the building witha view of a wall. If you strained your neck you could catch a glimpseof the parking lot. The continental breakfast was simply some Costcobought croissants, bite size bran muffins, bite size cinnamon rollsand a few fruit.

Review 103：It was advertised as having views of the Fraser Valley. I don't think any room in this hotel has that, nor from the lobby or even the parking lot. The breakfast was very light on substance. When a hotel advertises that breakfast is included and then puts out coffee and a muffin, its a little disappointing if not inconvenient. It would take very little money to add a few key items such as yogurt or fresh fruit (there was fruit such as apples etc) but I wouldn't mind some fresh fruit in a bowl etc. Check-in took a little too long. Coffee was good though.. :)

Review 109：No breakfast room so you have to carry food back to your room which is difficult with young children....they have to sit on the bed or floor in the room. The actual breakfast was very limiting, only muffins and pastries and small assortment of fruit. Coffee was not refilled so not available when we came down.
