Review 1：The hotel's website includes photos of a restaurant in neo-classic style, which is just *collaborator* and a block away from hotel. However recommended !

Review 4：Positioning in the town is good and the rooms are large. It was quiet, however there did not seem to be many guests, so this might change if there are more people around.

Review 5：The hotel is in a quiet street in the centre (very near to the pedestrian zone, near to the bus station and not far away from the railway station). Clean and well kept rooms, friendly staff, normal breakfast. Free WiFi.

Review 6：I do not like the fact that they do not host pets. The bathroom was not in an optimal shape (utensil holders were chipped and partially loose/dislocated) and the shower drain appeared to be somewhat clogged (the water flow was rather slow and left you standing in a "lake"). Reception doesnt have any storage for luggage after check-out and the nearby buildings are somewhat too close (once fully built it could be very "intimate" with open curtains).

Review 7：The hotel is very well and centrally located, only about five minutes walk from the station. It is well maintained and the rooms are clean. Wifi works well and the reception is friendly and very flexible.

It was not our best breakfast in Bulgaria, although it wasn't included in the price. The hotel looks older than it probably is. The carpets need a change urgently! I supposed that the number stars was the key.

Review 17：It was near the center pedestrian street, so we didn't have to take the car out. The staff tried to do their best. The lady showed me two rooms on the ground floor, as my husband had a broken foot, but we declined, and prefered the one on the 4th floor, as there was a lift.

Review 52：The shower room was not up to standard and was in urgent need of refurbishment. There was a lack of places where soaps,shampoos etc could be placed so as to be at hand. The tiles and grouting needed urgent replacement. We did not enjoy what was on offer for breakfast.

From the personnel (especially the very kind and extremely English-articulate young guy who was on duty the evening we arrived) to our (superior) room' sheer space - enormous! :) -, features & design. Good beds (even they were twin, not a matrimonial), nice LCD TV, powerful A/C, awesome shower area (I do have a sensitivity towards this kind of feature)... Add to this the location - not on a central road, but close enough to get just the benefits without the inherent noise. :) All in all, it truly is one of the very best design-meets-business hotels I've ever stayed with. While the restaurant nearby (40 m) that we were recommended to go to that evening (with a 10% discount from the hotel) cooks some incredibly tasty dishes. :) Definitely must try.

Review 71：They have plenty of TV channels, but no international news channels (such as BBC or CNN). These exist in Stara Zagora, and it would be a bit PLUS if the hotel added these channels to their TV cable.

There is an ashtray on the balcony (fair enough) but I think people smoke standing in the balcony door, especially in the winter. there should be warning signs in the room to say smoking is an offense and, when, when using the balcony, the door should be kept shut. The smell we had for the 1st 24 hours could put people off ever returning, loss of business for hotel which they really do not want so signs are in their interest.
