Review 1：When we arrived, it was not cleaned properly, took 4 days to get someone to clean it, the bathroom was smelly, everything seems not well washed or cleaned: towels, bathtub curtain.
Review 2：Good location, not far from the ski lift, however you still need to take a car. Excellent view from the balcony. Well equipped kitchen, not modern but it has everything to stay for a week with small kids.
Review 3：Never saw a single member of staff all the time we were there. First day the water ran out, I had taken a shower and accidentally hit the hot tap the same time, bit silly of me really. We went out at 11 am and came back at 3... no hot water at all. None all evening, We boiled about 30 kettles and boiled water on the hob for a bath that night, must have cost them loads . So stupid, we tried to contact someone but could only email, the next day they replied and said you get one tank of hot water a day, once you use it it's gone.The apartment is for 4 people, I have no idea what they do? Crazy. Hot water turned on again about 3 am, Location so far from any supermarkets. We have stayed in leysin about 5 times before, this was our least fav residence.
Review 4：lovely view from the balcony, in fact lovely balcony. Close enough to the station to walk but with suitcases really you need a taxi. Decent beds and furniture, fully equipped kitchen. Lift to floors good. If you are skiing and a bit younger this would be great for you. Just be frugal with any water you use. Good price.
Review 5：This is my 3rd or 4th stay. I love the simple and hastle free check in, location, view, kitchen, balcony, size, reliable wifi....... I love everything about this place!
Review 6：The apartment was very clean and we loved the view! We only stayed one night but everything was there for a longer stay! The reception was closed, but we found the key as described in the email. We were sad to leave!!
Review 7：No reception no staff dark n gloomy no wifi working - Staff at the reception was kind of rude. TV was not working staff on site try no help we stayed for 2 days without TV the staff on reception the day of check out at 10 o clock ask us to leave or will charge us for one day. I am very upset not recommend at all.
Review 8：I wasn't informed which unit in the residence was the one we would actually be renting. When we arrived, there was no key waiting and no one to assist. It was frustrating and confusing.

Review 16：Location is a bit too far away from the cable car. Since I had a <5 year old kid I had to go with the car to the cable car every day. But even for adults walking back after skiing with skies uphill wouldn't be fun. This is perhaps the only thing which does not make these apartments perfect.
Review 17：The whole experience was very good. Apartment was clean, comfortable with enough space and well equipped kitchen. We had a nice view from the balcony and lots of light in the morning.
Review 18：There is no staff on site. Reception is open on Saturdays from 8a.m. to 12p.m. and the main purpose of opening is to charge you a city tax . The bed should be softer. The internet doesn't work at all. The location.

Review 22：The place is beautiful, placed in mountains with nice panorama. The apartman is big enough, clean and light, with good equipment and possibility of parking in garage. Staff is really nice and helpful.
Review 23：- The instruction given to collect the key for late check in hours (outside reception opening hours) was wrong. The key was not there and no one responded the phone. we had to spent several hours "treasure hunt" for the apartment key on hour arrival day (arrived at 8 pm) and look for a different hotel to stay the night. Eventually we found the key with help of another traveler who happen to face the same trouble. - Stuff at the reception was kind of rude. When reported of the mistake in the instruction and trouble we had to face to find the key, least expected was a "sorry", instead we received a shrug. - No internet access or wi fi access at the apartment. But you will receive a wifi password and name. Weird!! - the location is a hill station/sky resort, several thousand feet heights. Not reachable easily by car. Its not clear form the description of the property in booking.com. Not at all suitable if you are looking for a night stay location to travel around Switzerland. Takes almost 30 minutes of hill road drive to come back to plains.

Review 55：The location. Leysin is a very remote place and the hotel itself is remote. Need the car even to go buy milk. The reception was open only on Monday morning for check in. Since we came through RCI, we were charged extra money. The other couple that was with us and came through booking com. Had to pay only the tax. You get only one trash bag for the whole week. If you need more, you need to pay for it.

Review 57：No hotel crew in the hotel. The gas cook top did not work but no hot-line for help, and there was no match or lighter. The table in the hotel for the dining was unstable. it was shaking and one person should support one side during the meal.

As the all resort, except on Sunday. We never queue at the lift. Great and really nice people. Not sure if we will be back as the resort is really small and village is really quiet and not convenient when you don't have a car.

If you take long showers, or if you have a family and everyone will be taking a shower one by one, then the hot water will not last long, and after 15 minutes of the first shower it will get cold. The management needs to change water heaters, they are old, well, at least in the apartment we were in.

We were touring thearea after the ski season and can only imagine how perfect the locationwould be for skiers given the fact that it was located very close tothe ski lifts.
Review 78：We paid 5 chf per night for the internet access in the room but thereception was way too awful, we can't get access to the internet at alland when we went to complain this with the receptionist, she just toldus that the internet in room is fine and no one has this issue before.And the internet charge indication in the room said 10 chf for 7 daysbut we still had to pay 5 chf per night, and the reason the receptionistgave us was that's because we booked the room through Booking.com, andthis really pissed me off. Basically we paid, we were expecting theinternet is usable especially when we paid for it. I will not recommendthis hotel at all.

Review 80：The building was disappointing - it is a seventies design made of uglyconcrete with graffiti on the outside walls leading to the garages. Theinside is better although very dated. Although the apartment was cleanand of a reasonable size, the bathroom was too small with a poor hand-held shower.

Also the website gives you the option to choose fora one bedroom apartment with one double or two single beds even when inreality there are no more vacancies in one of these two categories.
