Review 1：Bit noisy, but it was Saturday night so to be expected. Also the heating in the room was unable to be changed, so got too warm.

Review 2：Lovely hostel with a nice atmosphere. Jacuzzi was great, met the manager and drank glüwein with him. Friendly staff.

Review 10：Wifi is great, there is a bus stop near here, people can get to those two train stations easily.

Review 11：The hostel is very noisy, we spent our three night stay up until 3am due to ridiculously noisy neighbours, staff was no help. Hostel looks very nice but isn't, very half-assed. Breakfast is eh, shower facilities are bad, kitchen facilities are there, but poor. All in all, it's a party hostel that would be fun in peak season but in the shoulder season the staff does not care and the hostel is not passable.

Review 13：You had to pay for the shower which I thought was ridiculous. There's a cat the roams around on the beds, so if your allergic to cats. . . The beds are so close to each other it's ridiculous and can hear them breathing.

Review 17：Great location, especially for adventure activities. About halfway between the two train stations. Lovely common areas, and standard breakfast. Very easy to meet people. Depending which room you're in, the music from the bar can be quite loud, but it never kept me awake.

Review 20：Tax paid separatly. Deposit for your key card which will limit your schedule flexibility because the reception is not always open. Staff was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Location is too far to walk from the station. Have bus but last one was 7:00. So you may consider walking back in the dark and in the coldness for at least 15' from the station after 7

Review 22：The room is next to the WC, smells horrible at times. Very noisy throughout the night as people going in and out the WC. The ceiling is low I knocked my head twice in one night.

Review 23：Great place to meet other due to the several common areas to hang out in. There's 2 bars located directly on site. It's also walking distance to central area in Interlaken. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Review 24：I write e-mail to Hotel that I have to check out early (6-7am). Hotel reply e-mail, Ok and free of charge. When I check in He kept CHF10 for key's deposit (When booking hotel don't notice anything about deposit) and tell me that he will give me back when check out, I told him that I will check out before 7 am, he said he will give money back when I return key. So, the day I check out 6.45 am, He didn't give money back, He said Office hours is 7.00 am, So i have to wait till 7.00 am for get money back. Its so bad.. Finally I didn't get money back because I have to get the bus at 6.55 am, I can't wait for that... CHF10, its not much money but I feel bad. Only one thing I can tell for this hotel...They don't keep word.

Review 26：The room is not much larger than the size of the bed and sink. Slanted roof with a sky light, no fan, over 90 degrees in August, no air circulation made it almost impossible to sleep. It really is meant for the younger crowd!

Review 32：not only the facilities are substandard and too few compared to the size of the property, most of the staff members are not helpful. on the door it is posted that every day the room is cleaned, but in fact only the trash box is cleaned.

Review 33：Depending on the location of your room, it can be loud. For example if your window opens out to the courtyard you will hear the club music til 1 or 2 in the am. The breakfast is very simple. Ok for a short stay but gets old after a couple of days. They serve the exact same thing every. single. day. Instant coffee, watered down orange drink, corn flakes or granola, milk or raspberry/strawberry yogurt, toast and jelly and orange slices. There's not a lot of space for stuff and a few well placed hooks would have been really helpful in the rooms.

Review 41：We had travelled in month of May and it was bit cold and their heater facility in room was not working. They also do not clean rooms on daily basis. Otherwise I was happy staying there.

They have provided all facilities which was mentioned in their list.if you are group of 4 person then you should book thier room no-53 & 54 which incudes small kitchen facility and shared bathroom. Review 44：There are many youth friends whom you can chat with. Surprisingly, the cheap hostel also got a kitchen, laundry and game room, though I didn't use them cause I just stayed for 1 night.

Review 45：Parking says nearby. I walk reasonably fast and it takes 10 min. It is about 1km away. This might not be close for someone. After a day of hike it was hard. Noise in everything - I can clearly hear the next room conversation, hallway conversation, people walking above and makes noise when I walk.

Review 47：i booked a private room, which is not worth enough compare to price i paid(105 chf per night). there is only one shared bathroom/toilet on entire floor. even floor is very old made of wood , you can hear each and every movement while trying to sleep. room is also very small with glass window in top ... so if u are planning to stay in room at day time for some rest please don't forget ur sunglasses. i believe if pay little more u can find much decent place to stay.

Review 51：We went there with friends especielly because we found it as "allinclusive" hostel (with breakfast,lunch,dinner) and we thought:woooow so cheao for that price so we decide that one. Also because of"bath". First- it wasnt all inc. They told us it is mistake bybooking and second -bath was not working. So we didnt have anything whatwe paid for . Otherwise we would take something else and better forlower price. That wouldnt be problem but personal didnt care aboutanything for us- they just wrote email its not mistake of them andapologize and it was all. Well ok . We now its nice hostel but they dontcare sooooo much about satisfaty of customers. And breakfast was alsonot the best .

Review 120：The free breakfast was lacking- just bread and bland cereal. They do have other breakfast items for sale though. The free parking is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel but there is a pay lot much closer and is free during night hours.

Review 121：The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in getting us situated and set up for snowboarding. They will give you a free bus pass upon request as well as maps and other helpful information. Outdoor Interlaken, where you can rent equipment, is right down the street within short walking distance. It was about a 20 minute drive/30+ minute bus ride to get to the train station that will take you to Kleine Scheidegg. The train ride is about another 20+ minutes to get to the top where the lifts are.
