Review 1：The bottom floor was a bit noisy from the vehicles coming and going in the parking lot

Review 2：On arrival we were told the pool was still under renovation, but we were quickly given vouchers to an amazing aquatic centre. Well done!

Review 3：We'll have to remember slippers next time as the floors can be a bit chilly on bare feet. Some kind of mat at the door for boots/shoes during wet/snowy weather.

Review 4：We loved that we could control the temperature in our room. Thank you for the bathtub non-slip mat. Also, the amount of good sized towels was welcome.

Review 5：I know its just a continental breakfast but every once and awhile it would be nice to have some better pastries. Kelowna has some amazing bakeries that I'm sure they would love to cross advertise with you.

Review 13：There didn't seem to be much in the way of sound barriers. I could hear the people above me going up and down the stairs in their unit. They were even trying to be quite since I told them how loud they were being. Also I could hear every noise in the parking lot from within my room. The shower was a joke. The shower head wasn't very high up and I'm 6'2" so I had to kneel down just to wash my hair :(

Review 14：The price for the room and the hotel location was great. Close to everything and walking distance to many things as well. Easy to find. The continental breakfast was also good, a little bit of everything and quite a few options.

Review 23：The bathroom and kitchenette need to be replace ASAP. Chipped bathroom sink, faucet so old the chrome has been rubbed off, moldy gunk. The swimming pool has been out of commission for an extended period of time. It should not be included in the advertising.

Review 25：We were given one of the renovated rooms. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay was perfect. Breakfast was included and there were lots of healthy choices.

Review 26：The staff was curt and unfriendly.The Manager was the same when we spoke to him. Showed no empathy or consideration for the fact their pool was closed for renovations which was one of the reasons we booked that hotel. And said because we booked through Booking. com they could offer no compensation or discounts for the inconvenience. Their attitude was too bad so sad. So much for customer service. We won't go back to that hotel.

Review 27：The room configuration was a loft which worked out great for our family. Location of the hotter was good too. Not far from downtown and the beach.

Review 28：There were only two undersized pillows on the bed and the bathroom was tiny and awkward - I had to squeeze sideways between the door and toilet to get in. The room also smelled a bit.

Review 54：It was really dirty, found hair scrunch's and dirty socks...well dogfound them actually...sheets were only changed once I took them off thebed and pillowcases too and placed them in the tub...took 3 days beforeI realized this...My daughter cut her arm on the night stand and theblood, which was in 3 places was on the bed the second day (we were lategetting in that night and never turned lights on...was grossed out inthe am when I saw it again for the 2nd day) on the last day the samesheets were on the bed. GROSS...when I complained to the front desk Igot no response, no sorry, nothing and I have pics to prove it

Review 56：Bed is only a double and felt small when we are used to a Queen. Pool and hot tub were unavailable due to repairs, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to using them in the evening.

Review 75：Staff was very helpful and we really liked that you gave tickets to the H2O park because the pool was under renovation. That was excellent.

Review 76：2 out of the 4 nights we stayed at suite there were parties going on way past midnight! Though the staff dealt with issue effectively this would not be a place I would return if I wanted to relax and get to sleep anytime before midnight. Oh and things start getting noisy around 7. So if you have young children good luck getting them to sleep through all the partying and noise.

Next morning all lights went out when the hairdryer was used. Had booked a room on another date but cancelled when checking out. Now I find they are trying to charge for it despite conditions of booking.

Review 100：It was very pricey for what we got. When I looked at pictures before booking it did not seem bad but the rooms we got were certainly not what I thought I was booking. Must be an old wing and new wing. Breakfast was not worth going for and very disappointed that pool was closed

Id reccomend staying across the street for the 20 dollars more.

Review 107：Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast had healthy options,which was nice. Lobby was nice and modern. Located in town for convenience.

Review 112：Noisy, we had elephants in the room above us, so suggest requesting a top floor room. The road noise was quite loud as well, felt like we had a window open although we didn't. They say there is soundproofing, but we don't believe that at all. Managed to get a good night sleep with ear plugs. Not worth the money, unless you are staying in the new part of the hotel. Pool was under renos, so make sure to check when booking, if that is on your must have list.

Review 113：We stayed in new part of the motel, it was fresh and clean and well appointed. The free breakfast was also a nice touch, everything there for a nice continental breakfast.

Review 114：The pool was closed for maintenance but we weren't told until after check in, that was our main reason for staying there. Rooms were very basic, and loud. People were walking around outside and we could hear people in the room above us.

A room with an older yucky grey Jacuzzi bath stuck in a mirrored corner of the bed room...very distracting to constantly see 3 of yourself sitting or watching T.V. Rather old, and less than clean building further from the downtown core than described...not walking distance in heels for sure. Staff seemed disinterested. Breakfast very limited. I would have been really upset to pay the full price for this room.

Also, the shower head was awful. Water spraying for all cracks around it.

Review 130：Location was convenient for us as we were there for appointment at the hospital which was close by. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Liked the coffee/tea available after hours at the front desk and the reading material.

It was pretty disappointing to find out so late, since it was a factor in picking the hotel, in addition to the pool. They offered passes to a pool in town, but I doubt realistically anybody would use it, since it's inconvenient. That was not impressive at all, but they were accommodating in other respects (pet friendly) so can't complain too much.

Review 135：My first day and night was very noisy as the people above me were drinking, swearing, and likely fighting and pushing a woman around. I told a staff person who said they would talk to them. When I returned it was quiet but noisy again 3 am. I was ready to move out but the group did leave the next day and I realized that it was a family motel and not a party place that it appeared that first night. The rest of my stay was quiet and pleasant. When I checked out a staff person did ask how the rest of my stay was.
