Review 1：Hotel 4 starts: no bathrobes in the room, the 3rd bed for which we paid 50% was actually an extendable chair in very bad shape, the mattres of the main bed was old and full of holes, mould in the bathroom, dusty carpet and very old, no fresh air in the hotel , etc....

Review 5：Everything was a disaster, from check in until the end! They sold our room to other guests and then offered us a room without aircondition!? It is summer time and we where traveling with our kid! They expected us to leave but after we refused, they offered us another room in a hotel next to the one we booked. We accepted it because it was already late but the room filled itself very quickly with ants! Milions of them! After we complained they moved us to a different room (without any reaction) full with bees. The third room was a jackpot, without any animals in it! In case you get sting by a bee, don't worry, they have an ambulance! Reception doesn't work after 21h, food is horrible, hotel staff always makes you feel more then not welcome there, espacially if you are coming outside the european zone!

Review 6：The hotel is rather old and neglected, and it needs to be refurbished. I stayed there 7-8 years ago and it made much better impression - no investment or maintenance in the meantime and evrything now looks old and shabby. Pools (outdoors) are good but ovecrowded. The food was acceptable, but surprisingly the restaurant clauses at 9pm.
