Review 1：You must have a car to go to anywhere else (including Blumenau).
Review 2：Everything. The hotel is brand new. There's a mall in front of the hotel. Excellent staff.
Review 3：Cranky staff. Noisy room. Walls so thin we could hear the tv on one side, a conversation on the other side and people using the toilet upstairs. All in excruciating detail... One elevator for five floors. Door keys not working for us and several other guests. They could not fix it so took forever to get into the room every time. Poor restaurant. Could not charge to the room. Breakfast drinks served with plastic cups.

Review 5：brand spanking new hotel. extremly comfortable spacious and nice. perhaps a little bit fat out from the centre of Blumenau. but trade off between cost and proximity was heavily outweighed in favour to stay there. excellent self service breakfast. free parking gigantic gated carpark with hotels fully secured on site car parking.
