Review 1：What Did I Like? Not one single thing considering they refused to give me my room! They claimed to require an actual drivers license, not just government id as it states directly on their website.
Review 2：Waste of time, waste of money, they were rude, they were uncouth. A disgrace, simply put. Do not waste your money here, you will be greatly disappointed!
Review 3：This hotel is quite expensive for what it has to offer. Not enough tables to sit at breakfast. Rooms are very small and not so clean, I do not recommend this hotel.
Review 4：the people in the rooms beside us were a group that decided to place their young kids in one room and they partied in the other... their kids were running in and out of the room while squealing and playing loudly. The parents were loudly partying until 4 am. The staff, however were up all night because of this as well and promised to take care of it the next night, and they did.
Review 5：The staff went to the utmost of what they could do for us in accommodating us with an extra bed, a clean room and they were very approachable when guests in other rooms were a problem. The staff dealt with the situation well.

Review 7：The location was great for a wedding we were attending; also for the Abbotsford AirShow..very convenient. It was nice to have a pool and hot tub available, and a light breakfast and coffee. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. They were great.

One bed so close to bathroom door that accessing bathroom would be a challenge if bed was occupied. All doors needed to be propped open with wooden door stops. Fridge, coffee maker, etc. Makes it easy to travel by vehicle, parking in front of the room. Also pets are allowed. Though I didn't have one this time I have travelled with pets and it can be difficult to find places.

Review 38：We found some questionable items in and around the room. We found a broken Crack pipe outside and a pill inside the room. It could have been dangerous because the pipe was glass and because a child could have found the pill. However the rooms were nice, the beds were clean and the staff were professional.

Review 41：The room was a good size. There was shampoo etc in the bathroom. There was coffee in the room and tea can be found atreception. The breakfast of cereal and toast is included. The fridge worked well (wish there was a microwave). the staff was excellent in cleaning the room. the location is on a local bus route that can take you to the mall and an exhchange to catch other buses. the pool and whirl pool were nice. It was a comfortable place to be.

Second day room made up with only 1 bath towel, no bath mat or other towels, face clothes etc. Third day room not made up at all despite sign left on outside of door. Remember only had one towel this day. Contacted front desk for fresh towels, too busy to provide. Attended lobby to get towels and found clerk "too busy" making his own bed on couch in lobby. Room very cold despite heat turned to maximum. No hair dryer. Bad overall experience. Never stay there again.
Review 92：The room, bed, lack of towels. The door would not lock unless oneperson pushed while the other moved to lock. The window had been leftopen andthe people in the next room were drink, fighting and lo theroom was cold. The curtains covered the heater so had to be left opento get heat. The tv remote did not work properly so would neither turnon or off the tv. The people in the room next door were drinking andarguing loudly.

Review 98：My wife and I were very pleased with the Alpine Inn. The room was very clean with duvets and soft pillows. The walls were cream color that added to the brightness of the room. The location was close to Highway #1 but you didn't even hear any noise outside. They allowed us to have three children in the room for the price of two. The third child slept on the floor. For breakfast they had the usual cold cereal and bagels but they also had an assortment of fresh fruit and a cappuccino machine. The indoor pool was clean and safe for our kids. A lot of extras that made our stay a very pleasant one.
Review 99：It was freezing the first night we stayed there, with the wind howling thru the door frame and no heat upon entering the room, it took apprx 12-16hrs to warm the room to a comfortable temp, would have been nice had the heat been turned on before our arrival.
