Review 1：Neat, clean and cosy rooms with pleasant atmosphere in a new and well kept hotel. Delicious food in the restaurant and a fireplace adding a warm touch.

Review 2：The location isn't great if you don't have a car. We didn't. I would describe this place as more of a 'Motel', its on a main road and is quite a long walk to the beach, though this is through a park which is quite nice. But long.

Review 3：The room was comfortable and with good beds, though they were two beds pushed together and not actually a double bed. The staff were friendly. Our view and balcony were great, I think we were lucky to be on that side of the building, because the other side looks VERY different...

Review 4：- a little bit far from the beach, it was close to a lake but we couldn't reach the lake unless we went to a park near the beach. - they had a problem with electricity and two of our phones burned while charging, watch out for the power outlet.

Review 12：Too noisy cause it is on a main road. uncomfortable bed. Small room. Defenetly the price is not matchable for the comfort. Even for 3 stars hotel they have to take care for the bathroom equipment- no place for your toothbrush on the sink. Just a cup is enough to make it more comfortable. No toilet paper when we checked in and we had to ask twice for getting one.

Review 19：Stayed June 9 2015 at the ground floor. The room was odd sized and quite small. One of the beds was around 180 cm long only. Air condition didn't work, the window could not open properly. We spent time until 3 am, sweating and chasing mosquitoes. No help from the receptionist, who meant heat and insects were acts of nature. Never again.

Review 25：The fact that I was Asked to pay for the room when I arrived and not at check out. The suite that I reserved is not a suite but a normal double room..... And because is called Queen Suite is not including the breakfast ...... In the night it was realy noise. The room was at 3 level and we still Could not sleep.....

Review 28：I was staying in a room next to the stairway and experienced a lot of noise from the guests that walk up and down. Light sleepers should ensure that they take rooms away from the stairway.

Review 31：The menu is only in Bulgarian at the moment, but apparently an English version should be available soon. The view from the back of the hotel is a bit Soviet, so Western guests should probably book a sea view room.

Review 32：It's a very new hotel, which is nice because everything is brand new and the Wi-Fi is high-speed & reliable. The dining area is nice, there is quite a good selection on the menu and the view is nice. We were on a working holiday and the staff kindly gave us a comfy chair to work at the computer desk.

Review 34：The receptionist/barwoman was nice and friendly. The beds were comfortable, room had balcony and although on a boulevard in the room one could not hear any noises of passing cars outside.

Review 35：Staff was hard to convince to change the sofa bed which is arranged for kids only, not for a heavy and tall adult. They should be ready for contingencies and learn to cooperate instead of giving customers hard time.
