Review 1：Wifi does not work anywhere, fitness room had no water no towels no cleaning alcohol tissue. When asked for water, they charged it to my bill!!! Terrible customer service, front desk staff and supervisor on site are friendly and willing to help but facility manager is stupid inflexible and rude!!!

Review 3：- Food is bad. My reservation was breakfast only. I tried a la carte twice and both took more than 45 minutes to serve the dish. Food was not good at all. Buffet does not look nice either. If you have a car I recommend to go eat somewhere else.

Review 29：There are some small details i've experienced as inconvenient such as; no ashtrays on the areas, no bar at night to have some conversation with other guests, almost no english speaking personel.

Review 30：From the start untill the last day of our 6-day stay we've experienced an excellent service. All facillities such as; rooms, gamerooms, restaurant, pools were well kept and very clean. A huge compliment for the animation team. Since our child didnt speak portugues they were still able to give a lot of attention. I would prefer going to this intimate hotel than to go to an enormous resort. Overall i'm more than satisfied over our stay.

Review 31：Our room was on the 2 floor, but there were no elevator. The Internet connection was not particularly good. And even if the price was pretty high you had to pay extra for everything. We borrowed towels for the pool and had to pay extra. And the towels were old, and a lot of old spots on them. It was a bit far away from the centrum.
