Review 1：Nothing bad, Wi-Fi was rejected by my system but worked for other guests, ie not the hotel's problem.

Review 3：34 degrees outside and the air conditioning didn't work in the whole hotel as it is a building central air condition system and was shut down. I've been lied it was just my room's AC malfunction and will be fixed. Course nothing happened as the building entire AC system was shut down. Only 2-3 rooms occupied in the hotel, probably that's the reason they kept the big AC system stopped. Bad memories of two hot nights in a room with limited window system. Couldn't bear it and left the hotel before due time. Very poor breakfast from a 4* hotel, second morning we have been seated in the hotel's main lobby bar and given yesterday's plastic wrapped food. Salt couldn't be found by personnel no matter what :-)

Review 5：The room had a strange smell... and not a pleasant one. The A/C did work, but it barely lowered the temperature (discovered this rather late in the night). The underground parking was like a construction site, bare concrete walls and floor, full of water pools and lighted by 3 small light bulbs. There was no way to get something to eat because the restaurant wasn't open (the owners had decided to give the chef a day-off that day). For the same reason there was no room service either!

Review 9：I came in for 2 nights in early June and found the hotel easily. Movedin my stuff and left for Kazanlak. Coming back that evening had to parkmy car in a very tough to enter garage via a very tight in-ramp. I foundthat the ac was hardly working and that the room remained at 90 degrees.Opening the window was a little help as well. Trying to take a shower,found that the diverter switch from tub to shower was broken and had totake my shower on my knees in the tub! Now showered but still sweaty Itried using the internet that had a signal that had the strength ofshortwave wireless in the Congo! Great looking place, modern lobby butmanagement can't be paying attention. Checked out after one nightand found much better and cheaper accommodation in Kazanlak. Nice trybut please get your act together!

Review 15：The guy helping me park my car, I felt like a little boy and I'm 62, he was waving me back to park within 100 mm of the glass wall and if I wasn't 250 mm from the other car he wasn't satisfied. Funny now but he got me mad at the time.

Review 19：fair but rather limited choice of breakfast buffet but very much ok for a 1-2 day stay, lack of listing of available services and introduction on arrival/check-in, tv channels were not well defined and had electronic disturbance making tv watching quite annoying nor was there an existing list of tv channels for reference, there was no booklet available about the town itself, landmarks, what-to-see or must-see, etc.
