Review 1：There was a refurbishing in the hotel, and a bell from a church ringing frequently. They could have let me know about in advance.

Review 2：Very good location, near to train station and city center. Good and large rooms with a very good view to the montains. Friendly staff.

Review 3：The staff is very rube. I booked with pay later option but they made mistake to pre charge deposit via my card use as a guarantee. When I told them that we would like to pay everything by cash and don't want to be charged for extra card fee, they didn't really want to solve this issue and said "you need to show me money first then I can know you have enough money to pay, we can accept euro as well" I was very angry about this attitude and have never been to any hotel with the staff like this. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone else!!

Review 5：if u have car ... Location is fine.... Old age home is mixed with hotel ... We did not have any problem but still some times put you down as u feel sad seeing them .... Break fast was very average ... They could add more stuff to it ..

Review 8：Look my review score that you can know how perfect it is! Wifi is free and fast. Garden view room is quite big and clean. I even think its too big to stay just for one to two people. Location is very close to Interlaken Ost and very private but convient to any where. (Central of the town) Many old people stay here, the free breakfast provides fresh fruits and breads, amazing services. They also provide you free bus ticket in Interlaken. A very new but warm hotel!!! Highly recommandation! Definitely worth the money!!!

Review 9：The Staff here are fantastic! as the headline suggests I have been staying there 3 Years in a row and would gladly stay in the years to come... The Parking facilities are superb as well - underground & secure... A nice relaxed atmosphere...

Review 12：The hotel management is also managed facilities for elder / retirement house. Some facilities, like reception and breakfast shares with others non hotel residence. There's no kettle, tea/coffee provided in the room. Since I dont eat pork, and the egg served are mixed with bacon during breakfast, i requested a fried egg without bacon, but they said I can only have what are available. I think the service doesn't focus on the hotel guest. I dont feel like staying at hotel.

Review 13：Nice view from the room. Spacious and has big balcony, only two bus stops from interlaken ost train station, the hotel gives you a free bus pass and discount for tram to Harder Klum

Review 16：This isn't a hotel but a retirement home. it's a trap for tourists as they don't mention that in the hotel's description. I didn't know that when I booked for a couple of nights. We only stayed for one night before I asked to cancel the very next morning.

Review 17：Really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is wonderful and so are the staff. A family of three generations were accommodated with ease and pleasure. Majority old people stay as it's connected to a nursing home, but this adds to the hospitality of the staff. You have to try the spa facility, a hidden gem in the hotel!

Review 18：It's an old people retirement home. With few rooms available. They had us stay in dusty and smelly rooms. I am asmathic. The beds had no head boards. The pillows non existent. No AC.

Free eating apples available next to the lift on each floor. Pleasant grounds in a pleasant area of the city. Unusual faclilites: It caters for many older and disabled people and that is a part of its 'raison d'etre'; a top floor spacious communal room with balcony, view and coffee machine; a library; a meditation room.

Review 24：Lots of glass, so a bit warm in high summer although this may suit some people and rooms have blinds both for the balcony and the windows/ doors opening onto the balcony. Would be better in cooler weather or with full air conditioning. You need to book in the morning for an evening meal.;

This hotel is in a structure for elderly people BUT I accepted by myself to do this experience to test something different and I would say that the experience has been really good. Gentle and polite staff, good structure. I think that this structure may match perfectly the requirements of people with an elderly member or of a person with handicaps because there is all for them: for instance the shower with curtains and not with box.

Review 57：Breakfast is too simple for me. My longing for food at home (Asian food) was growing every day. To find some Asian food I had to go to Central/West Interlaken. No visible restaurants in sight from the hotel.

Review 58：It's integrated with an elder home which I found great. Location is close to Interlaken Ost, serene and quiet compares to the jostling street of Interlaken West. Windows are equipped with electric blind, nice. My room on the 2nd floor comes with a balcony facing a large yard. Soothing. Clean, comfortable for getting a good rest after full days at Jungrau region.

Review 59：No wifi in the room. Not a good location. A long way to the station. If you walk in the night, you can find no people in the dark road. Expensive. No shampoo. 设施不错，但是价格很贵，有个阳台但是景色一般，看不见山，没有任何洗浴用品，离开市中心和火车站略远，晚上周围路上阴森森的7点钟一个人都没有，灯光幽暗，都是树木和几栋亮着幽暗灯光- 的房子，如果不是在瑞士，根本不敢出去走找吃的。

However, this should not distract from the fact that the staff is excellent, they are there to help at all times. The breakfast is very good. The rooms extremely clean, and large enough for the child cot in the room without making it cramped. There is a small swing outside for the kids, nice way to finish the day. Location is a 10 minute walk to the Interlaken Ost train station. It is a 10 minute walk to the city center. You get a bus pass with the room, so if you do not want to walk, you can ride the 102. We had dinner there one night, compared to the rest of the town, the dinner was excellent, and the price was right. All in all a very good stay, highly recommend.
