Review 1：Tries to rip off foreigners with scams and fake charges. The staff (mostly the owner) was rude, standoffish, and treated his clients like a personal ATM. The owner tried to charge us blatantly false fees for whatever he could come up with and threatened to call police when we wouldn't pay more than the stated amount. The hotel is already charging obscene rates in a second tier city that are nearly unheard of in brazil for a hotel of its size and quality. For this price, you could rent out a house with your friends. Avoid avoid avoid!!
Review 2：The room was clean and the location was optimal for oktoberfest.
Review 3：200US$ per night is too much for what were offered. Brazilians are out of their mind to charge this much in a second level city in their country. The reason was the exhibition, I know, but even so it's too much.
