Review 1：It wasn't super clean, although that depended on where you stayed. Shared facilities were a little less clean. We rented the apartment for the last week (upgraded) which I would highly recommend. No problems there. No airco, just fans in the cheapest rooms (you can upgrade to airco though).
Review 2：The owners were very nice people. Cor drove us around a little after we arrived to show us where the nearest beaches were. There is a little beach at the end of the street where you can build campfires if you want. Can technically walk to Punda though I'd recommend getting a car.
Review 3：Really great owners, they made a short orientation trip with me when I arrived and gave me plenty tips about the city, beaches, getting around and things to do. I also really appreciate that they drove me to the airport @ a fraction of the cost of what the taxi would've cost. Thank you so much.

Review 5：Everything. Right at the ocean, rooms come with a fridge, safe and fan and there's a fully equipped kitchen. The place is very clean and the owners are lovely and helpful.
Review 6：This small establishment is run by young friendly helpfull and openminded guy - thank you again Cor- who is everytime nearby answering all the questions. There is a kitchen to free use and wifi in every room. Definitely good choice for good price..
