Review 1：poor F&B menu in the restaurant, TV very old and there was no remote for it in the room,no elevator or at least staff to help me with the 30kg luggage so I had to drag it 3 floors up, because of the traffic is very noisy during the day.

Review 5：It was my second time in this hotel. At the first time I had better impressions. This time the staff, especially the girl at the reception, needs to improve their communication skills. Only the location and the cleanliness are the reasons why I choose that hotel.

Review 6：The hotel is very central with easy access to most of the sights in Burgas. Restaurant also provides a choice of breakfasts and tasty lunches. Staff are helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay over again.

Review 15：Very good location - close to the beach and easy walk to centre. Instead of a usual breakfast buffet, you had a choice of any one thing on the breakfast menu - the omelette was very good.

Review 16：It wan't possible to set the leves of the air-condition individually - it could only work at max, which made the room as a sauna or doesn't work at all. The door handle was broken and could not be locked from the outside. Even after we warned the staff several times it was not remedied and we were forced to leave the room unlocked. The bathroom sink flowed. The breakfast was rather poor.

Review 18：Hotel advertised city centre had Christmas markets similar to Germany & Austria- not true- there was 3 or 4 stalls only selling food & drink- very disappointing. On busy road, traffic noisy. Draughty windows. Bar not open on return from evening out. Room downgraded although did provide complimentary wine & chocolates. Guy on reception during night shift not very friendly.

Review 44：We have stayed in Bulair three times, and have always had a good experience. This time, to our surprise, a person called from the hotel after our check-out asking if we had taken some linens with us. We had not, and they called later again apologizing and saying that it was their mistake, nothing was missing. We understand that people taking stuff from rooms may be a problem but certainly wish they would check their counts before calling to clients. However, since this was cleared out and they took an ownership and profoundly apologized, and since we have really liked the place and service before, we may still give them a chance when visiting Burgas in the future.

Review 45：Excellent location close to walking district, and a possibility to get a taxi to/from the airport ordered by the hotel for a fair price. Airport taxis in Burgas are grossly overpriced.
