Review 1：- on the last day, the personal came to check the minibar at 10.15 am. - we asked for a matrimonial bed and we got 2 twin beds - poor cleaning service

Review 2：- big room (1 sofa+2 twin beds+2 bunk beds) - kids animantion - coffee made from beans! - good/various food - hotel is on the beach

Review 3：There was an ugly smell in the room. The cleaning lady came only once in 4 days and didn't change the towels.

Review 5：Old rooms with fair amount of damage. Toilet leaked water and was dirty. floor boards were broken in places. rust on balcony metal bars. Bed broke down twice. Bathroom was not cleaned in 5 days. Linen change only every 4 days. Air conditioning in the restorant was inadequate. We never manage to get beach umbrela close to the sea even at 05:00 am. All good spots were reserved. All inclusive actually means full board. Apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner all is paid service. Even water in the minibar,some of kids activities also paid. Hotel shop does not accept low value bulgarian coins so those have to be disposed of. Cleaning(just quick vacuum) only in the morning by 11:00 am if you miss it - no cleaning.

Review 6：Location is great if you look for quiet time. Perfect beach apart from the constant fight for spot. Great buffet during the meals. Good insulation of noises in the room. Very nice helpfull personel. Exchange rate on bill payment was good EUR/BGL. There were nice activities for kids (some were paid). Lower prices at the hotel shop compare to the rest of Albena.

Review 8：Nice hotel,clean right on the beach ! sevaral pools , in front you have the beach and on the oposite site you have the national park Baltata just great for people who like have a great vacation!

Review 9：There were lots of tourists talking too loud near the rooms during night and afternoon sleep, maybe some restrictions would be welcome.

Review 10：Excellent location, many facillities and entertainment options for kids, plenty, tasty and varied food. This was our second holliday at Mura.

Review 14：The meals everyday were one and the same. There is no enough entertainment in the hotel. The "all inclusive" is not the entire day but has specific times. If you are late for lunch - there is nothing to eat and one should go outside the hotel to search for a restaurant. There are only 10 alcoholic drinks that are included in the "all inclusive" package and everything else should be paid. There are no meals suitable for young children in the range 2-5 years. The room was quite noisy - there was a discotheque near the hotel working every night until 11 p.m. After that there was clatter of horses up to 12p.m.

Review 17：Very close to the shore, nice personnel, good, tasty and unlimited food, good price, green zone, clean air, good security of the car in the parking and also for the things left in the hotel room, pools on the beach, jacuzzi, food, drink and icecream all day on the beach terrace, quiet, no loud music, free accomodation and food for two kids (3 and 5), functional air conditioning, enough space in the room, animation on the beach

Review 18：There is no Internet in appartments, no free WiFi zones. There is slow WiFi for money near reception. Moreover they offered free FiWi near reception, when I booked appartment. But in fact when I have got to hotel WiFi have became for money.

Review 20：The room was really clean and well equiped, the view from the balconies was gorgeous, the price was really good when it comes to the hotel facilities and food. I can't think of anything I did not like about this hotel.
