Review 1：We have had the worst experience in this hotel. And supposedly we had a "superior room" more expensive that the "normal room". The staff were very disrespectful and unhelpful. No manager was to be found on duty for the three days stay we had. The room was disgusting filthy, the shower handle was broken and no one was able to repair it. The bathroom door did not close because it was bigger than the frame, and again no one was able to repair it. One of the bed covers had coffee or something similar stain on it, and housekeeping covered it with the decorative runner to hide it. One of the beds was done in the morning, they decided to leave the other one undone "for whatever reason"!! And again, every time we asked to speak to a manager, no one was helpful enough to find a manager on the property. When we were checking out, i raised hell and threatened to put a stop payment on my AMEX if I do not get a manager immediately. All of a sudden a manager showed up and told me that he has been there during my entire stay, and that no one informed him that i would like to see him {go figure}!!! He offered us a credit for one night, which we gladly accepted..... Horrible experience!!!

Review 9：The mattress was very uncomfortable. The in room coffee cups had lipstick and coffee stains on them. Housekeeping ,came to us at 4 o'clock. My husband was sleeping and she was runnining around trying to do everything a little too late. My husband found jellybeans on the floor. The shower seemed to have mold on the wall close to the tub. On checking out we weren't asked if we enjoyed the stay. The restaurant and bar seemed quite posh however the room needed some tlc. We did not eat there for that reason. I didn't want to spend one extra dime there. There were no soda machines and a coke would cost 4$ at the bar. We didn't do that either. For that we paid over 300$.

Review 10：We liked the fact that it was close to other areas with only a short drive to St. Sauveur for example.

Review 11：Staff - never smiled, poor management. We booked a king bed, we were offered a Queen, a Double and finally a Murphy. We moved 3 times, until finally we had the king bed. When we ask for one more hour at the checkout, just something to recuperate from the time we lost at the checkin (just because of their incompetence), they said it is against the policy of the hotel. I have to wonder why they don't have a policy to protect the clients against the incompetent staff and poor management. That should be mandatory in that place!

Review 13：The room was very old, dark, smelly with a dirty bath room and shower grout. AC couldn't keep the room humidity down. Plastic chairs on the balcony were old and chalky staining our clothing and arms. Not a 4star room.

Review 14：Breakfast buffet was ok, omelet to order, cereals, cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt. The fruits available were the disappointing part. Location on the mountain is nice. With saint-Sauveur about 4km away. Pool area and tennis courts are nice.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Il y avait des moisissures dans la salle de bain. Le climatiseur ne climatisait pas du tout. Le tapis de la chambre avait plusieurs taches. Le lit était vraiment pas confortable. Au prix demandé c'est du vol. Éviter cette hôtel à tout prix.

Review 22：earwig bug on door frame , dark hallways , clock radio did not work , dvd did not work and when it was changed it made noise when in use , other guests smoking in rooms could be smelt in hallways while cleaning lady was in hallway and nothing done . waiters dress and act like highclass but are lacking in detail and attention to clients , bathroom was modern with only a rain stile shower on no amenities

Review 43：Our first room was very noisy even though the neighbours were only talking so we asked to change rooms and it was not a problem. The new room was not as comfy as you would expect. There was no full size mirror, the cups for coffee and the ones in the bathroom were not sealed ( I like to know they have not been used) .The king size bed was the hardest thing you could imagine. Ouch on the hips and shoulders.. The a/c fan blew so hard all night that we woke up with sore throats. We had it set as low as possible and could not turn it off. We were up and on the road early. This may have been a Grand Hotel in her day, and she may be again but it will take a lot of work.

They said no problem but I never got it, I figured when they will come to clean the room they would bring it but no. So I called again in the evening to make sure that I get my 2 cups for the next morning, that was done in the minutes following. The jacuzzy in the room wasn't working.

Review 94：When we bought the two rooms it said DELUXE queensize room, it was everything BUT DELUXE. Very small and plain room, no fridge. After our night out with another couple, we went for a drink by the pool and they had warm beer and had to go get cream the mint somewhere else in the hotel. I had booked for us and another couple and had told them it was to be a nice deluxe room. Very disapointed.

Review 110：The hotel needs an upgrade. The side parking exit door was unavailable to use after a certain hour and in this case we had to use the front entrance which was inconvenient. The bathroom in the bedroom had a bad smell and no ventilation system

Booked 2 rooms on the internet one for couple whom I did not really know and my room. Ended up having to pay for their room deposit $50 even when requested to pay for their room. In other words I bring clients by making the reservation and get stock paying them! When I called to make the claim to a the accounty office had to leave a message since off course no body answered the phone.
