Review 1：It was very expensive.

Review 2：The private spa and pool is accessable via the elevator right from the room. The grounds are amazing, various restaurants and types of food offered on the property. It is like a city, it has everything, great location, within walking distance to other cafes and local art installation.

Review 3：The music at the bar was missing but I guess we got there very late too. If you are looking for a place to relax is perfect.

Review 5：Difficult to know where to checkin given booking didn't indicate which of the two locations we were in. Afternoon-evening spa time could have had a period without kids. Breakfast was adequate but not as inclusive as other 5* places internationally.

Review 6：Our two-level upgrade to a room with an exceptional view and terrace was super! Room was spacious and well-equipped. Spa pools and saunas were lovely. General ambiance was friendly and unpretentious. Dinner in the room (or terrace) was great and not overpriced.

Review 9：This hotel with its wonderful natural spring water in abundance and its calm, pure environment is close to some notion of heaven. But what makes it far superior to any other 5 star hotel we have stayed in is the staff. Their easy professionalism and unobtrusive dedication to each guest's good experience is unsurpassed.

Review 46：For children are not enough facilities and specially in pools are not allow to talk,to splash,to jump in the water and all because ale people need quiet and no one to disturb them,and is sounds like a place for them to die,which is not good for us young couples with children. More facilities for children and activities for them apart from Kinder Villa will be more then welcome and would bring more young couples within the resort. Also another inconvenient is that the wireless is so poor and every time we leave the resort we had to re-enter the passwords,regardless the device. Are a lot to say but we resume to this.

Review 56：We have three children - 7,6 and 1,5. For bigger one everything is ok.They can swim in warm water and be with us. They can be in kids-ckubtoo. For smaler one we have problem because in Switzerland they thinkthat thermal water is only from 3 years old and in the kids-club theytake children only from 3 years too. So we should stay with child allthe time and can't use all possibilities of this hitel and place.
