Review 1：Hide-a-bed had no mattress. Fold-up bed was provided - poor nights sleep as it was like sleeping in a hammick. No reimbursement offered. 2 free breakfasts check-out morning offered, couldn't use as leaving for scheduled event.

Review 4：when i was checking out i was given an add on to my bill an extra 20 dollars was added at the end of my stay which made me upset because they did not say anything until last minute also i was told i would get a bill ring out when i check out which they said i had to get that from booking . com

Review 26：I was rather nervous about the ceiling access in the room...took a photo of it. I didn't like the fact the paper doilies were coffee stained and the creamer and sugar packets had been manhandled numerous times. I have noticed before with Best Western that the pillows are all of the same size which is too big. Why couldn't they be different sizes to accommodate different individual's preferences

Review 39：There was a bit of racket (drunken boys) on the Saturday night and we were worried about our classic vehicles that were parked in the lot as we could hear them talking about the cars. Some kind of security really should have dealt with them.

Review 41：Carpets were old and filthy. I saw three rooms. My sister had to change rooms because the air conditioning was broken. In the second room, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. The coffee cups were not washed.

We also had to drop off a couple of people in Vancouver, and coming back later at night, this was an easy place to find. room size was more than adequate. We weren't in our room except to sleep. Incidentally, in our double room, all the pillows are massive. You should have a choice of pillow sizes from smaller and lighter to larger. That was basically my only ocmplaint. It was easy to go from a/c to heat as well for the night time. Thanks
Review 44：The room was shabby, smelled of old cigarette smoke, the furniture wasdirty, the rugs were spotted and dirty, the bedding was hideous, thelocation was noisy and next to a teuck stop. It had no place to walkour dogs and we would have gone elsewhere if we could. They refused tobook us into another facility because this place ia privately owned.This is the worst place we have ever stayed in any part of the worldwhere we have traveled extensively. Would not recommend it to anyonefor any reason!!!

Review 55：The Crossroads Resturant was the worse place for proper service I have ever been in. The new young lady( and not her fault) had not been trained properly. My food was not as ordered!!! All things on my order were not delivered!!! I could go on and on. The food was acceptable. I couldn't believe it. In my business, I would of fired everyone. What a tremendous oppurtunity you have there and nothing is being done. I used to eat there years ago - what a disappointment now.
