Review 1：Everything was perfect. I got a room on the 8th floor with a really nice pool view (808). Room was spacious and always clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was extra nice and food really good (always a great choice and everything fresh) On last day they agreed to store my luggage till 4pm as I needed and I had a possibility to have a lunch although I already checked out.

Review 2：The stuff was rude, Location is bad, everything is extra charged (wifi,safe, pool towels, extra room key), there were some used items in themini bar, the toilet was dirty when we entered the room.

Review 4：We booked one kingsize bed and got 2 single very uncomfortable beds, the baby crib was very unsafe with sharp screws popping out of it, the food was repetitive compared to last year, the free wifi was horrible, the room safe was per charge.

Review 7：smelly rooms (like there was a dead cat inside)-even if it was a room with "view", bad quality of food (for example, it was no grilled meat available for lunch or dinner meals or butter for morning meals-the butter tasted like margarine), everything costs (inside pool is not available for free for all inclusive, sunbeds from the beach and the umbrella are available only with money, cocktails are available only in cocktail bar with money), free drinks are very poor quality, even the beer which is diluted with water -in my opinion, refreshments are poor quality, deserts have different colors but the same bad taste and so on.we arrived at 08:35 p.m. because google maps do not shows the exact location of the hotel and the taxi man asked for directions wanted 20 leva to give information.....front desk older man was very impertinent when we asked to change our room and send as to see another room (which was ok, without bad smell inside) but in the end he give us another room:"ooops, my mistake" said the receptionist. we accepted this third room because we carried our luggage between floors, but we had another "surprise" after taken a shower: all 4 towels were dirty, with spots of old blood or shoe polish!the room was not clean like it should be in a 4 stars hotel there were spider webs and dust inside, and walls were dirty in the bathroom!the asked and paid parking is located near a field, at 200 meters away from hotel and we have to carry our luggage all the way, jumping a 40 cm fence!even if we transmitted our complains to the staff on front desk, they didn't look impressed, the only think they were interested was to pay the room earlier (not on departure - i do not understand why so, because they had our IDs and leaving without paying was not a solution!).we were very disappointed with this hotel and the paid money for a room here did not reflect the reality.

Review 9：room had twin beds not a king size bed as stated on booking, some reception staff were unpleasant and some bar staff, and we didn't spend much time in the bar anyway but one dark haired girl in bar that served all inclusive, slamming drinks on the counter in front of customers,big grumpy face on her, no manners whatsoever, reception staff asked us 3 times to pay our bill, we arrived on Sunday and they asked Monday and two other days during the week to pay and we had booked 7 nights, so normally one pays on the morning that you are checking out, made you feel as if they didn't trust you, yet they had my credit card details and passport information. Food was lukewarm and we had to heat it in the microwave, restaurant staff were nice and helpful as were the cleaners, ironical probably the least well paid staff members. Free and paid wifi was very poor. Location of hotel very far from centre of sunny beach. This trip was our honeymoon and we were hoping for a very special experience, so booked all inclusive to spoil ourselves and relax completely, sadly this place was a big let down for us

Pool freezing, staff are worse (rude and incompetent) left me stood at reception 58 mins! Indoor pool is not heated, free internet weak in lobby and elsewhere is £22 a week per device, 500+ guest hotel - yet 37 sun loungers constantly taken by the same guests who leave there belongings there each night? Concrete play ground? Have to walk 10-11mins to beach which is rife with seaweed and then to pay for lounger? If any left only 30 loungers. Shares half grounds with next door hotel which is 30% cheaper - so not exclusive or private! 2 restaurants in the hotel but only one available to use. The other is for next doors guests? Mini bar with excessive prices (60-70% inflated) All inc drinks - but turn pumps off at 2.30pm on the dot in the dot in lunch lounge (even if still eating) Oh and sleep . . . a bass thudding noise from disco till 6am! Lounge toilets are revolting & lastly hotel is dark in main corridors / stairs areas (somewhat unsafe). 2 out of 5 only because the view of Nessebar & sea view. Regards,

Review 21：- Staff was much more pleasant and nice to russians and bulgarians than people who spoke english. - It should be All inclusive 4-star hotel, but everything costs you something. Free WiFi was the poorest I have ever used in my life and paid WiFi wasn't that good either. - Food looks delicious when looking the pictures but the truth was, unfortenately, totally different. Meals were same everyday and it was tasteless. - There was a bar called Imperial Cocktail Bar. You would think that drinks were free because of the All inclusive and you have a red wristband to prove that too. But no it wasn't. Besides that we have to pay our drinks after we were leaving that bar, the staff in there was really unprofessional and speaks only russia/bulgaria. - Cleaning lady came to the room even we were sleeping. We asked her to leave the room, and she did, for a while. After 15min she came again and speaks nothing but russia. - Everybody stares you like you're freak if you speak any other language than russia. Shame. - "You can't judge a book by its cover" fits perfectly with this hotel. Beautiful outside, rotten inside.

Review 22：- Air condition worked as promised. - Our room was decent.

Review 23：All the unpleasant things:1. We arrived before 14.00. It turned out that the rooms are given only after this time. The bracelets are also given only after 14.00. Without the bracelet you can not get hotel services like food, not even a glass of water. When I protested that I had a child who wants to drink, they poured some water. In other Hotels, we got all the services upon the arrival. Later, I saw an advertisement that if you want a room before 14:00 you have to pay 20 lev.Lunch on the day of arrival, we won’t get, as it turned out.2. At last we got our room on 14:00. I was not worried that the windows were facing the street. Is a pity that there was no bath, only a shower. But! There was a leakage in the toilet. And sometimes smelled sewage. A wash in the shower was problematic because it leaked. After bathing in the bathroom the water was all over the floor. I asked hotel personal to fix it. My request was recorded but nothing happened. Next day I reminded the personnel about our problem. Nobody fixed it. At this time, they gave me lousy excuse about temperature difference. In short, it was so uncomfortable! All the time I was afraid that the child will slip and hurt herself.3. The location of the hotel is not very good. Especially for families with children. In order to reach the center of Sunny Beach, we had to walk for a long time.4. There is convenient access to the sea directly from the hotel. But sun beds and umbrellas are for payment only! What is the point of the hotel's beach?5. For children there was no children's play room.6. We got only one key card to the room. We stayed with my mother and sometimes we had to break up. Not very convenient.7. The pool is small, no slides for children. Lounges clearly not enough. People left the towels in the morning on the lounges, and sometimes at night, in order to occupy it.8. WiFi very weak and only in the lobby.9. Bed linen was changed 1 time during 7 nights of our stay.10.

Review 25：Hotel staff are rude, paid for 3 adult beds and got given a child's sofa bed as the room only had 2 beds. Toilet was leaking and told it was condensation, you have to pay to use the beach sunbeds.

Review 38：Paying for wifi in 2015 is ridiculous and you can use on one device at the same time. Parking: I don't know why they are not using chipcard and automatic gate or barrier..Everytime we went out or came back we have to ask at reception to send somebody to open the gate..took 10 to 15 minutes.. Food was overall good, but maybe the choice was not as wide as i would expect. Bathroom: Flushing the toilet above us was continuously audible and sometimes bad smell was in the room. English knowledge of the staff -even at the reception- could be better, should be improved. Beach: Generally ok, but paying for the sunbeds and umbrellas...Also the beach bar: one day we were not "rent" sunbeds so we could not get any drink from the beach bar. Disappointing.

Review 39：Generally the hotel was good, the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Food was also generaly good except the selection was almost the same every day. If you want to stay in a more silent place far from the noisy center part of Sunny Beach, but still close to it, this hotel is a good choice.

In this all inclusive hotel it was not. You could not get a drink at the beach bar on a 30degrees beach without buying a package. All inclusive .. Yeah right.

Review 44：we have been bothered 2 times: 1) The cleaning lady entered the room while we were sleeping in the afternoon. We said "do not enter", nevertheless she entered the room. 2) The next morning at 7AM other people entered the room, lead by a hotel employee. They also waked us up. On Booking.com it says that there is a big (double) bed. Actually there are 2 small beds put next to each other.

Review 56：One day before leaving the hotel, a stuff member came to my room (while I was sleeping) asking me to go to the reception to pay in advance for the trip!!?!? I was very annoyed by this request because I felt like a jerk. First of all I gave the details of my creditcard one month before ariving to the hotel, second I gave all my data when I checked in and than who the hell is living the hotel without paying!!!?! Dear manager of the hotel, if you dealed with such type of people, than take some safety measures, but don't treat everybody like thieves!

Review 57：The hotel is very nice, comfortable, well located and close to Nessebar. During the stay it was my wife's birthday and the stuff of the hotel made her a surprise bringking a birthdaycake. It was a very nice suprise for her. Thank you!

Review 70：We paid for the parking and then we were invited to park at some nearby location where parking was free. We refused that and had to claim our parking spot for which we were charged money. We paid for 2 sunbeds and when we asked about them we were informed that the beach is not open yet, but we can get free sunbeds by the pool (which were only a few and there was no chance to get any unless you woke up at 6 a.m. in the morning for that). We stressed we paid for the sunbeds by the sea, not by the pool. So we got charged and got nothing in exchange. Breakfast was awful. On our last day there we noticed some beetles in the bathroom.

Review 85：Really liked it. Food was very good and people working there really nice. I think would be very pleasant for families with children. The private beach of the hotel is great and very near. Cacao beach is not far.

Review 86：When we first arrived to this hotel, we couldn't believe that it actually looks like in the photos. The looby looks like the entrance in an ancient egiptian teple, with huge engraved walls and a pleasant essence smell. After we checked in, the room was a bit different that we've expected: in the description it was mentioned that we have an extra sofa inside and a small balcony, but none of this was true, we had no sofa, but the balcony was huge (you could actually bring a pool table there and still have room for checkers). The food was great and different each day. We had the ocasion to eat in both restaurants. It pretty close to the beach (a literally 2 minutes walk on an alley and a very fine sand).

Review 109：- The hotel advertised that no reservation was required for parking. However, there was no space to park at the hotel, and so we had to give our keys to the hotel and allow them to park it at a nearby hotel - When we arrived, the room was an oven. Being large, it took several hours to cool the room down to a reasonable temperature. We had to get a second key, because otherwise the A/C (and all other electricity) shut off when you leave the room - There was no remote for the TV in the room. We asked for this once, then again after several hours. We finally got a remote, but it didn't work. We got a working remote for the TV roughly 24 hours after arriving - There were only 2 electric outlets in the room, one for the TV and one for the fridge. When we mentioned this to the staff, they confirmed that there were only 2 and said they didn't have any multipliers. How are you supposed to charge your laptop, use a hairdryer, or plug in any other appliance? - The food was quite poor quality. We have been to a number of different hotels in other resorts in Bulgaria, but this was the worst food we have had. We actually skipped two of our meals (we had an All Inclusive deal) and ate in other restaurants to avoid eating there - All in all, the hotel was definitely not worth the roughly 200 leva per night that we paid. We had hoped to ensure that our stay was enjoyable by paying a bit more and getting a 4 star hotel, but this was definitely not worth it

Review 110：The hotel looks good from the outside, and the room we got was quite nice and very large (corner room on the 8th floor). It's not on the front line, but relatively near to the beach (5-10 minutes walking) and also relatively quiet

(very little food with poor qualifed personel to serve) -The beach bar scheduele (11:00-18:00) exactly in the period when the food was served in the served and nobody is on the beach -The quality of the drinks was poor (all the drinks were not concetrated at all.... mostly water) -After 11:00 PM all the lights were turned off and if you wanted to stay outside the room in the lobby or terace of the hotel you don't have this option -There were some bartenders who didn't want to serve more than 2 drinks per person. -All 5 nights that we stayed we slept in the same bed sheets.

Review 122：-The position of the hotel - close to the sea -The room did't have a large double bed like i asked in the reservation but after i spoke at reception the problem was solved quickly - The idoor restaruant was OK - The private beach with sunbeds included in "Beach offer"was very nice

Review 127：As we arrived the hotel staff was so rude with us telling where we can not park.It was our firs stay at this hotel and we were down before our chck in. Reseption staff were not able to give us information about nothing even to make reservation in some restaurants if we wish.I have been in many places but this is first where I see really bad hospitality and rude attitude by Manager of the hotel. All inclusive serving materials all were plastics.Fruits were not fresh. To use internet connection in our room even we paid to get a password we did not have connection all the time. Cooking was not good enough because most of the things were not tasty! I have spend 12 years living in Bulgaria and know about culture, bulgarian cuisin but I really got dissapointed!
