Review 1：The heater/AC was noisy when on.
Review 2：Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spatious. You can use a sign in front of the door if you want to have the room cleaned/beds made. The overall aspect is rustic but nice. The hot tubs are very nice.
Review 3：Not as cozy as I'd hoped, and the breakfast was pretty minimal. They had nice small croissants but unfortunately ran out of most things even though breakfast was only half way through.
Review 4：Had a nice massage, and it was great that there were suites (separation between parents/kids areas). Kids enjoyed the pool!

Review 13：The tv didnt work at all.. upon check in (after we lugged our luggage up the stairs solo) no elevator or help.. we found our key did not work. The problem was fixed but still could have been avoided. Rooms are very small.

Review 23：The entrance was smelling bleach all day.The wifi was working bad specially after 11 pm, the sauna were off at 7 pm (I asked for help and nobody could give me a hand, so I couldn't use the facilities). For the price I paid, I am sure I can get a better hotel even with breakfast included.

Review 29：We really enjoyed the hot tubs outside, one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel. The massages were great and relaxing, the rooms were cozy but smaller than we expected.
Review 30：We picked this hotel mainly because of sauna. One sauna out of the two unfortunately didn't get too hot. With a lot of effort we were able to bring it up to 70 but it went down to 60 10min later and never went up again. We were not able to get the second one started at all. Not sure if it would be good to use it in winter after a day of skiing. Jacuzzi was very nice and clean and there are many if them. There are no feather pillows, bring your own:).
Review 31：We staied fir only one night but will be coming back. Very clean, very well maintained. In a short driving distance from St. Sauveur where you can always find some entertainment. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice and relaxing place, highly recommend.
