Review 1：Rooms need refurbishment - very old carpets which gives bad impression

Review 3：There is no WiFi which is a problem. There was no siphon in the bathroom and after every shower we had kind of small lake in our bathroom. And it is not that luxory for a hotel that has 4 stars.

Review 6：The staff was very friendly, the food was really good and each day they made grills. There were enough chaizlongs no matter at which hour you went on the beach. Beach was beautifull.What I liked the most is that they have water, cofee in various places available all the time.

Review 7：No parking available, you need some luck to get a free place (try not to move your car until last day :) Some flies in the restaurant. Strange policy with table reservation for dinner (only outside tables), had to argue on this with a guy from there. Sheets were not changed in 4 days (for a 4* hotel I had other expectancies), although one was obviously dirty. Changed only upon request. WiFi not available for hotel guests, it was the general Albena free WiFi, on which everybody was connected, hence poor WiFi performance (fluctuating and slow speed). At check-in I was not fully informed on staying conditions (WiFi, checkout time), had to find out some later on by myself. I was said that i would have a better price for car entrance than paying at automate machine, which has proved to be a lie (and check-out was conditioned on paying this at the hotel reception!). In checkout day I was hurried to leave the room for cleaning 30' before last checkout time.

Review 8：Good food (although not varied from a day to another), nice location next to the beach, private beach, facilities for kids, pool, ATM Nice that we could have the lunch in the last day.

Review 9：Staff pays very close attention to your individual needs. Bartenders remember you orders, receptionists help you tiredlessly, and zealous animation team organizes fun programs for you. Bars and restaurant have various drinks and meal options with high quality fruits and desserts. This hotel seems to have a good management that plans for the long run and builds on returning clients. Way to go!

Review 10：At the reception I was asked to pay the current room price, but when asking for the booking.com reservation price they've change it. Probably it was just a system error, but pay attention what you pay, because they can charge you in Euro/ Leva if you pay by cash, but only in Leva (BGN) if you pay by card.

Review 14：A large hotel catering for package tours, not very romantic. A hand band is applied to show you have paid your bill and can use the facilities. No shopping street in Albena, only hotel shops.

Review 24：Prison food, served in mega-size quantities. Even the breakfast was horrid. Too much alcohol served during the day.

Review 25：The beach is lovely and if your room has a sea view, you wake up with the sun and the Black Sea which is as blue as blue can be.

Review 26：The pool is not in the hotel, but 2 hotels far from gergana. The staff treats you as if you own them money, not as if you were their guest. The hotel looks horrible, not even far from the 4 stars they pretend. We reserved a seaview camera and we were given the camera at the 3rd floor of the hotel, but in front of the camera, there was a big tree and you couldn't see anything... We had to change the room(after we argued for 15 minutes)and we moved to the 8th floor.... We later found out the tree blocks the view from the 1st to the 6th floor!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the restaurant, at the time the eating interval had finished, they would turn all the lights off and start cleaning EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE AT THE TABLE, EATING!!!!!

Review 28：The Park Room view is actually parking place view and is a lot of noise from very early till late in the evening. There was not any change to change the room. The indoor pool is 2 hotels far for hotel

Review 30：Smell from pipes and some staff. Was german,french,russian,romanian and bulgarian turists but program (background music at breackfast, lunch and diner) was just in german almoust all-time.

Review 32：The only thing we didn't like was that you never knew when to expect the cleaning staff to enter your room - either to clean or check the mini bar/fridge. Although they never came in after 5 pm.
