Review 1：No staff could not speak English or French, luckily my wife could speak a little Bulgarian. Room not cleaned or sheets changed in over a week. Had to ask for it to be cleaned, but they only did exactly what we asked and nothing else, so left dirty glasses in the room. The tiles were coming off the walls in the bathroom, the pipe under the sink broke but was fixed that day. The entrance hallway is dark and smells of mould, especially the lift. This part of Bulgaria has not changed much in 24 years.

Review 23：It's not as close to the beach as I had imagined from looking at the map, but that's more my problem than anything else. The walk is quite pleasant, however, going through some pretty residential areas and through a portion of the long park that parallels the beach. Wait, this should all have been put in the "What did you like?" section!!
Review 24：Was perfectly located (for me) close to the far end of the main pedestrian street. So to get to the train or bus stations, for instance, I had to ( :-) ) walk the whole street.

Review 41：There were hairs on the shower and bedroom floors from SEVERAL different sources? There was only one towel and two hand cloths supplied, but there was no radiator to dry them on, so were constantly damp. There is no natural light or access to fresh air in the bedroom!!! The heating unit is restricted to 32c max, not great when its -4c outside? The TV set was old, small and the screen was almost too dark to see...I guess it was about 10-12yo? In general its was a terrible place to stay and there are many superior hotels in Burgas at far less money. I will not go back and would tell people to avoid it.
